MCSO Press Release – Authorities Seek Help Identifying Fraud Suspects

The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a Fraudulent Use of Identifying Information case, where a West Montgomery County resident’s identity was stolen and used to obtain credit. 

On April 11, 2012, the victim filed a report with the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office after receiving information a line of credit had been opened in her name.  The victim found the suspect(s) had made numerous purchases and charges to the open account.  During the investigation, video was obtained from a few of the merchants where the charges were made resulting in images of the alleged suspect(s) and suspect vehicle. 

The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office is asking for help identifying the suspect(s) involved and shown in the attached photos.

Crime Stoppers will pay up to a $1000 cash reward for information leading to an arrest or indictment of a felony crime.   Call 800-392-STOP (7867). Anonymous tips can also be made through the Montgomery County Crime Stoppers Web Page at http://www.montgomerycountycrimestoppers.org
