According to the Boston Globe, former Montgomery County resident, John Cassidy, was arrested on gun charges yesterday while leaving a University of Massachusetts Law School building.
Cassidy was previously arrested in Montgomery County, Texas on January 11, 2010 and charged with a 3rd degree felony for possession of a incendiary device.
