On February 17, 2011, MCSO disseminated a press release concerning an on-going investigation into online solicitation of a minor. The suspect in this investigation was identified as Kerry Booth Doan.
The original press release stated Doan was arrested on February 16, 2011 at his residence in Bentwater Subdivision in Montgomery, Texas.

Public records show (see below story) that Judge Alan B. Sadler’s corporation, Sadler Kapadia Investments, Inc., forfeited their state charter back on 8/28/09.
It looks like the corporation has continued to operate though for well over a year with a “revoked” charter.
