On Monday April 27 at 5:25 pm while coming out of Dillards department store on the mens clothing exit I walked to my car.
As I got in a hispanic man in his early twenties came up behind me and told me not to scream, that he had a gun and
was going to kill me if I did not do everything he said. I thought he wanted my purse, but no he said, " Open the back door, I am getting in and we will drive out, if you do not do as I tell you I will kill you." and he showed me his gun again. I was sure something horrible would happen to me if I let him in my car, so I prayed and thought for a milisecond what to do, I took a chance and closed my door, he fled and as I pulled out he ran into Dillards, I started screaming and honking my horn until 2 attendants from Dillards came out and I told them that a man with a gun had just ran in. One of the attendants confirmed it and said she saw him run by her department. The mall security came, I went home and called the police to report the incident. I am sure this subject was video taped by Dillard cameras as he went in.
I would like this to be known because it is my civil duty to do so, I do not want anybody to go through what I did. Could you please advise me what to do to make this public?

I hope so too! He had to have been recorded for he ran into Dillards
