When leaving our neighborhood around 11:00 am yesterday (01-02) there where 2 Sheriff's cars at a residence that has had problems in the past.  I was not able to return home to listen to the scanner feeds.  Is there anyway I can search back through the feeds or something else to find out what happened?  Our neighborhood is Player Oaks.  Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,

J

Hiya Flyinman

I moved your post from the Heard on the Radio section since you actually saw the scene and did not hear it on the radio.

What was the street name involved in the incident?

There is no way to search the scanner feeds for past events.

To gather information concerning the incident, you could easily ask the SO for the call sheets related to the incident address or street name for the specific time and date of the event.

The call sheets should have plenty of information concerning the nature of the incident.

If you are interested let me know. I can show you how to send a request for the call sheets via email.

Foz,

No problem about moving the post.  The street is Player Oaks Place.  I would appreciate you letting me know how to do such a request as there have been problems in the past with the kids at this residence but I have never seen the Sheriff's Department at the home let a lone 2 vehicles.  Any help will be appreciated.

Thanks,

J

Hiya

I am providing a link to a SO request for information.

The request asks for call sheets and police reports regarding a specific location and date of your choosing.

You said there have been multiple incidents at the location, therefore you could ask for all call sheets and police reports for that address over a given time period if you wish.

There are areas in the attached document that will need input from you.  Address of the location in question and the specific date or time frame will need to be added.  Also make sure you put your contact information at the bottom of the request.

You can send the request via email to the email address in the request.

Things to keep in mind:

  1. SO can charge you $0.10 a page for the information if they so choose.
  2. If the request produces more than 50 pages of information, SO can also charge some additional fees.

Additionally, if you need the document in a different format, please let me know what format and I will see what we can do.

Get the document HERE

If you have any questions or I have failed to explain something, do not hesitate to ask.
