There were a couple accidents in that general area on the afternoon of the 19.

However I do not believe there were any serious injuries.

Also I believe (correct me if I am wrong) that typically authorities refer to any accident with injuries (no matter how minor the injuries may be) as a major accident.

I do believe at least one of the vehicles involved in one of the accidents was a truck that was severely damaged, but I do not believe the occupants of that vehicle suffered anything but minor injuries.
