I have been working diligently type for over a year now to inform voters in Montgomery County about public information they may not otherwise have access to that I hope may help them make a decision about who to give their vote to this election.

As readers know by now I have a lot of opinions….why don't you share yours?

Please join me here in this forum over the next week to give a voice to your views about who is running and why you will or won't vote for them. Also, it would be interesting if you would post any new info or tips you have about info that you think might help people be more informed. Or feel free to respond to what I post here as we come down to the wire.

First headline I want to direct voters to:

WOODFOREST BANK FINED $1.0 MILLION By OCC

here are two links to the details:

Until next time……

Reporting that the Montgomery County Clerk records search site is "down" or intentionally shut down.  Just learned that their records are closed up tighter than a gnat's curse…….!

Must be some kind of glitch cause I know no one in this county would tamper with citizen's ability to freely access public records.  Or maybe they took a cue from the appraisal district.  MCAD has been shutting down their website overnight every single night for several years now. Why don't they explain to us why?  Their website and every other appraisal district in the country who have an internet search site are accesible 24/7 (unless they have something to hide like ours does)

Don't those in charge of public records in this county understand that every single time they withhold public information or make it harder to find or totally deny access their actions are "screaming" just one message……"we've been doing things wrong and are afraid we will be found out so NO you may not access that which you have a right to see".

No straight ticket vote for me……no sireee…..Vote out the incumbents…..they should be left in the dust of a voter revolt. We deserve new ideas and fresh perspectives.

Well, here it is a little after 11 a.m. on Sunday and reports are that the County Clerk records are still a tightly guarded secret…….wonder when they'll open the vault? And why it closed overnight anyway?

I might as well come clean…..I believe the shutdown has to do with this election.

As I see it, the County Judge probably did a little "consulting" with Turnbull and whamo the Clerk records are restricted the same way MCAD "restricts" the property records over on their website. I think Sadler took one look at the posting on this website on Friday night of the Angel/McIver State Sales Tax Lien documents and became more infuriated than he appeared to be in Friday's Courier story about the new TEC ethics complaint against him.

So news of the Clerk's records shutdown strikes me as an executive decision by the cronies to attempt to restrict the time that public docs can (shall we say) be "reviewed" by both his opponent and potential voters.  If so, how ignorant….don't they all know that there are a multitude of sources for every single public doc??

Remember, Sadler is desperate to get re-elected.  He didn't throw his hat in the ring only to lose.  Heavens no.  For the first time since he was handed the County Judge's office in 1990 he has a real live "viable" November opponent.  An opponent with none of the taint of the "Good Ole Boy" system at work in this county AND with true conservative values that Sadler seems awfully afraid of, if his hiring this week of the top"Ethics" attorney in the state is any indication.

If anyone is interested, there is a great peek at Sadler's anger at all the ethics questions that have swirled around him for over a year in a Friday? Courier article.

Am embarrassed to have to fess up to a major brain "blip" when tieing my 10/22 Angel/McIver Sales Tax "Audit" news to the Conroe $8.5 mil road contract on the front page of this website. Conroe Council did in fact vote 4 – 1 AGAINST the contract back in mid-August.

I even wrote about the Council members being brave to have voted NO to Sadler cronies tapping Conroe taxpayer funds in an August 23 post showing Sadler's business ties to Angel and McIver linked here:

Part One -

Who would have thought only a couple of weeks ago….the election this year for top administrator of Montgomery County has turned into one heck of a "horse race".

The hottest race in years is between 20 yr. incumbent County Judge Alan B. Sadler and Independent-Constitutionalist, Adrian David Heath.

Sadler is running on his "good ole boy" Texas family ties, silver-spoon college degree and the pure dumb luck to have first been elected right at the very beginning of a great boom time unlike any other seen here before except maybe in the heyday of the Conroe oilfields.

Whoever was the County Judge here over the last twenty years could have just as easily given us buildings, shopping, recreation, roads etc. on all that tax money rolling in due to record growth.

And yet, Sadler is claiming that HE is the reason we find our surroundings here so pleasant. Baloney. Don't be fooled. Take a look at Tamina and other areas in east county area that are like living in third world countries. Tamina has had NO leadership from this county. Drive through there and LOOK. You will find a perfect example of Sadler's caring about the residents of this county. Tamina, hidden behind the brand new multi million dollar behemoth Woodforest Stadium is a modern day horror show. LOOK and you will see NO public water system and NO sewers. LOOK and you will see the sewage in the ditches when the rain runs fresh. LOOK and you will see Sadler's private world on his 17 acre spread far, far away from Tamina of course.

I know right away……I don't like this LEADER. I like a LEADER who never goes first, but alway last. I like a LEADER who gets things done…..for the least of us, not the richest few. I like a LEADER who is honest and forthright addressing whatever controversies come his way with those same qualitites.

All I know is, that Sadler is finding himself plagued by ghosts of 20 years past, and by his own guilty plea and criminal conviction in 2009, exposure of his partner's federal conviction in a massive gas station fraud scheme and the more than $300,000 in current delinquent taxes from all over the state and a NEW TEC Ethics Complaint. Taxpayers are fed up with the leeches that are our career politicians.

Independent, Constitutionalist, favorite of Law Enforcement (and TRUE Conservatives), ADRIAN HEATH, a Woodlands resident who is an Australian by "birth" and an American by "choice" is giving Sadler a run for his money with new radio ads starting today on K Star Country 99.7 FM and running daily thru November 2. The Montgomery County Law Enforcement PAC is running the spots.

HEATH is gaining such momentum and Sadler is so desperate that he has resorted to attempts to sling more than mud his opponent's way.  to such a degree that I now doubt that Sadler will be able to beat the "secrecy" of the ballot box.  I predict that Sadler's public friends and supporters will ditch him in the secrecy of the voting booth in droves like rats from a sinking ship.

Sadler has turned angry…..way too angry and even those he surrounds himself with don't like it.  They will never tell him but they will do the right thing and vote HEATH, too.

I am learning that Heath supporters are a loyal bunch because they see Heath as a modern day Man of Valour as in Gideon of the Bible

This verse comes to mind……

Judges 6:12 – And the angel of the LORD appeared unto him, and said unto him, The LORD is with thee, thou mighty man of Valour.

Be sure and read the Courier story (linked below) showing Sadler so worried that he hired the top "ethics" attorney in the state!

What prompted this?  He must have an ethical issue or two…….do I smell a high-priced "criminal" mouthpiece hiding out behind the scenes?…..Time will tell.

Shack (the ethics guy) is just the tip of the icerberg.  Sadler businesses can't pay their taxes but you can be sure Shack got his bag of money straight away, up front don't ya think?

When you read the story from the courier tell me do you think Sadler is as angry as I think Sadler is?   Guess he's not used to having to answer real questions about his "hidden" record and of course he's not used to NOT GETTING HIS OWN WAY! See what you tink……

Part 2 -

True Republicans are turning away from Sadler to embrace True change.

Come on, admit it…..a large portion of you believe the politicians are stealing the taxpayers blind. They are! So, DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT. Vote the bums out. Not one thing will change for the better if we just keep all the same arrogant perpetual politicians in charge. As a matter of fact, their arrogance will grow and our financial situation will just get worse.

The most POWERFUL possession each of us has is our ONE vote. Pledge to add your ONE vote to everyone else's ONE for HEATH for County Judge.

ONE vote added to ONE vote added to ONE more vote is GUARANTEED to eventually add up to a Landslide victory if ALL are cast for ONE candidate. Betcha never thought of your vote being so important.

Give Sadler none of your votes. He's fiddled while the debt has piled up for both him (personally) and the county he claims to have managed so smartly. NOT!

Do not underestimate the POWER of ONE vote. Each voter holds the "key" to the outcome here. Give YOUR KEY to NO ONE cheaply.

I would ask all our complacent voters to recall the pictures from South Africa's first election after Apartheid ended. Tens of thousands of previously disenfranchised people, some with only one leg, no legs and multiple disabilities walked and were even carried for a hundred miles then stood in hot sun in endless lines for the PRIVILEGE of being able to cast their ONE vote for the first time in their lives. THEY UNDERSTOOD THE POWER OF ONE VOTE…….do you? Think honestly about it.

There are outside (and internal) financial forces about to shake us all out of our protected pretty little forest la-la land and neither candidate Sadler nor Heath has the power to stop that from happening. But when it comes (if it is to be) I know I want someone in charge that has a personal relationship with the Lord and will follow the laws laid out in the Constitution of this great land. Not someone who fiddles while we burn!

We all know in our heart of hearts that when BAD times get here Sadler will do what Sadler has always done "create more debt" (THAT is what he went to college to learn) and take care of himself first (our government be damned) and you all know that's true. He will wield his power and influence to help the haves while the have-nots will STAY on the short end FOOTING THE BILLS he leaves behind.

The people he believes will keep him in office (his good time friends) know best what kind of man he has become…….

a man used to winning, so he knows nothing of humility,

a man used to excess, so he knows no moderation,

a man who always gets what he wants, so he knows no restraints,

a man who thinks himself entitled. so he knows no bounds.

As for me and my ONE vote, I will add to the Landslide and cast it for HEATH!

Posting an informative letter that crossed my desk yesterday from Betty Anderson, Republican Precinct Chairman…..It was of special interest since she is very involved in the Montgomery Republican Party and is voting for HEATH instead of Republican Sadler.

When you read her letter you might wonder like I did why she didn't Link to the Sadler DUI video right here on the Monitor…..it will astound voters to hear Sadler's own arrogant low-class vulgarities as he is made to sit in the back of a police car for transport to the sheriffs office the night he was arrested …….you can watch it here all the way to the disappointing end. Then be sure to read the letter underneath.

TO:  Conservative Voters

RE:  Alan Sadler’s smear campaign against Adrian Heath – County Judge Race

There’s a negative smear campaign against Adrian Heath going around by email (“letter to the editor”) and it should be addressed.  I think conservatives need to know that it’s a piece of trash.  This fuels me with even more energy to support Adrian because Alan Sadler is purposely skewing the facts.

Adrian Heath has never been convicted of stealing!  And he sold tires when he was a teenager – so what’s wrong with that?  He’s presently between jobs because he’s taken some time off to run for this position. –I really don’t like deceptive campaigning and I’m ashamed that our County Judge would stoop to so something this low.

I’ve known Adrian Heath personally for years – since probably 1996 or ‘97.  Adrian has a LOT of initiative and is better (self) educated than some college graduates.  (Ever heard of home schooling?)  He taught 12 sessions of “The Institute on The Constitution last year for our Eagle Forum chapter and did a GREAT job!  He also used an accounting program to assist our group with financial record keeping.

I’ve attached his resume which I had asked him to send me when I decided to endorse him.  –I knew his race would be controversial.  I just didn’t dream that Sadler would be so desperate to win. .

A few weeks I thought ago that Alan Sadler would win by a landslide, but I’m finding out that a lot of loyal Republicans have kept up with his issues in the local paper this past year and are NOT voting for him.  Drunk driving CLICK HERE , his personal financial dealings (failure to pay taxes) CLICK HERE, and his support for legalizing casino gambling in Texas CLICK HERE is turning a lot of people off, including me.  Also, I think there could be a major conflict of interest if he owns properties in Galveston with unpaid back taxes, and promoting the idea of casino gambling there.  Click here for the Resolution re:Casino Gambling sent to the state legislators in 2009.  Sadler and all 4 County Commissioners signed this resolution!!!

There’s no way I could possibly vote for Republican Alan Sadler when we have a strong conservative alternative.  The newspaper articles have taken their toll on Sadler and I believe he’s fearful of actually losing this position to the Independent (Constitution Party) candidate.  I, for one, will be casting my vote on Nov. 2 for Adrian Heath.

NOTE:  The position of County Judge is NOT a judicial role.  And the Commissioners Court is NOT a judicial court either.  The commissioners make decisions regarding the administration of county business, including management of public officers, distribution of county finances, oversight of county buildings, public roads, highways & bridges, and surface water transportation. And the County Judge is the presiding officer of the County Commissioners Court.

You can open the links and attachments for more information.

Sincerely,

Betty Anderson

Republican Precinct 31 Chairman

Things are "Poppin" Folks……hair-fire

An email from HEATH this morning clarifies and links to docs that make clearer the outright "LIES" that Sadler and his cronies (you can tell who they are now by the FEAR in their eyes) are pumping out.

Sadler campaign is attempting to make HEATH's exposing of a rogue commercial utiility district (earlier this year) in The Woodlands look like a crime when in fact HEATH has committed NO CRIME.

HEATH is the good guy here. HEATH was actually advocating in the public's interest after learning of another sleazy slimey "Good Ole Boy" scam of the taxpayers.

The fact is, it is HEATH, along with other local advocates of the "rule of law", that were brave enough to "legally" challenge this "Rogue" Utility District (who have been merrily spending booty collected as "taxes" with NO public oversight).

Before deciding what course to take, HEATH and the other advocates of law and order spent time in consultation with legal minds at the state and local leverl, which led to a lawfully held election where HEATH and ten others followed the law to a "T".

The outcome being that the "good ole boy" Board was voted OUT and three very dedicated and smart men were voted IN!  bravo Their intent in taking control of that board was to give the taxpayers back control of the millions of dollars in the RUD's accounts.

Of course Sadler's cronies  freaked when they actually "LOST CONTROL" over all that tax money when the "Robin Hood" of our local forest and his band of merry men unseated the three good ole boy board members and replaced them with three of the good guys.  They were having none of it!

Court papers were filed………and a TRO (Temporary Restraining Order) was allegedly signed by Judge Michael Mayes of the 410th District court on May 11, 2010 in an attempt by the good ole boys to restrain the good guys from taking their board seats.

Now get this……it appears that the TRO itself was allegedly signed on a day when Judge Mayes is believed to have been travelling out of the country in ITALY.  Which means the TRO may have been illegally signed or maybe not really signed on the date it is alleged to have been. Look out Judge Mayes, that TRO might jump up and get ya!

Be sure and read the link in the email below to HEATH's official complaint filed on 9/29/10 with the Texas Commission on Judicial Conduct.   The law is quite specific on a Judge conducting duties while absent from the court and is referenced in HEATH's complaint……..so DON'T BELIEVE the lies being put out by Sadler and his cronies at the local newspapers that HEATH "has been found guilty of voter fraud".  An out and out lie and distortion of the facts of this case of corruption in high places in the county.

Here is a copy of HEATH's Email this morning 10/26 -

Folk's the liars are pushing their emails out at a rapid pace. What are they afraid of?

A friend asked about the "Voter Fraud" issue.  Please forward this to all.

A quick answer for you to a very long story that Jim Fredricks has done his best to either bury or spin in the establishment favor.

Sadly we will have to get the truth out one person at a time.

Mike Page is a noted attorney. He should be noted for lying and ignoring voters rights.

I discovered the WRUD had long standing voters when  Page denied any existed.
Consulting with the Texas Secretary of State I change my voter residence in accordance with the law to challenge a rogue agency.

It turned into an election contest with the same  Judge presiding  who had ruled on Sadlers DWI and who had been overruled on a similar case ( Speights v Wills) The CIVIL case is under appeal. I have filed a criminal complaint with the DA.

My article from May 12.

http://countycitizen.com/?p=2226

Here are documents the relate to the saga that also show Page for what he is.

http://sites.google.com/a/coun…../documents

Here is my complaint against the first Judge who wa so eager to do the Bidding of the Developer controlled  WRUD he sign an order while on vacation in ITALY.

http://www.scribd.com/doc/3910…..al-Conduct

Finally,  There are no criminal charges outstanding, actually the only person with a criminal history is Sadler.

Hope this helps. I am on duty at Woodlands Early voting all week. Please ask those interested to come by and see me personaly.

Regards

Adrian

Adrian, since you asked me to vote for you, I’m interested in hearing what your side of this story is.  I received this from a neighbor.  Carol Stromatt

Additionally I ask that you read the information below from a noted attorney in Montgomery County concerning existing County Judge Sadler and his opponent in the County Judge race.  There was also an article on page 1 of The Courier of Montgomery County on Saturday, October 23, 2010 concerning this RUD voter fraud information.  Judge Sadler’s opponent is one of the ten individuals mentioned in the article.  Please get out to vote for Judge Sadler for re-election.

In their arrogance and fear they take us all for fools……

Did you all hear….The Cronie's Court…….er, I mean the Commissioner's Court (with Sadler right at the top) yesterday, Monday, just happened to get their act together and voted to give the Sheriff's department the pay raise they denied them earlier.

http://www.hcnonline.com/artic…..102810.txt

This late-coming raise couldn't have anything to do with the election, do you think?  Or, more precisely with HEATH's Law Enforcement endorsements that must have just gagged the Judge, don't ya think?

Is anybody surprised?  The good ole boys are handing out "gratuities" all over town.

Votes are costing the gang of sleaze more this election than ever before because…..that's right……Sadler never had an opponent before so there was no need for all the bribery.

But for the fact that we have Mr. HEATH attempting to bring a renewed semblance of law and order to our county this election year, I don't believe the Sheriff's office would be seeing this salary increase.

Take your hats off to HEATH by casting your ONE vote for him at the polls.

Maxx is speaking the truth on this. We had been told that the Comissioner's Court had put aside a budget to give us all a raise but then later on they denied us. This past pay check they told all of us that we would be recieving our raise after all, the first one in about two years.

And just so everyone knows, an independent study has been taken, and compared to counties the same size as Montgomery, we're paid significantly less then others, even with this new raise we've recieved.

I'm quite surprised to hear from Hack that Sadler and his wife were at the polls today.  Are you sure it was Mimi or could it have been his secretary, Ann Carr?  I heard that Ann Carr has been out there every day with Sadler. According to my sources they have been out of their offices at the polls for over a week now!

Which leaves me wondering why are these county employees (including Sadler) standing around out at the polling places during the work day?  Are we paying their regular salary for the time they are out there "campaigning"?  Who's taking care of county administration while these individuals are NOT?

Were there a lot of early voters where you voted?  Was there electioneering going on?  What was it like out there?

Appreciate any discussion and info voters are willing to share here.

Not much in the way of electioneering which I attribute to the fact that people might have gone to lunch. I looked for Heath but did not see him. There were a lot of voters and the line was fairly long but moved quickly. Seemed like there was a steady stream of people coming in.

PART 3 -

By now most voters know the jig is up for Sadler's twenty year reign of "politics as usual"…..even if he manages to squeak by HEATH come November 3 and retains office…/I believe the only question remaining will be whether he is in the County Judge's office in Conroe or his own kitchen on St. Beulah Chapel Rd. in Montgomery when the Feds come to get him.

Let's consider for a moment candidate Sadler's actions leading to his personal wealth all throughout the entire twenty years that he has been judge.

Being more than a little familiar with the massive body of Sadler-connected public paperwork created that reflects an equally massive amount of his own time, thought, preparation and effort spent taking care of his own private business on an almost daily basis indicates to me a public servant that has been "overly absorbed" with his own self-enrichment instead of someone "dedicated" to the county that he allegedly "served".

Examining chronologically, the thousands of pages of public records connected to Judge Sadler's "personal" business dealings, they tend to cast a cloud over this claims of always being "busy taking care of the county's business".

To put it another way, if we were to envision Sadler's twenty years in office as one continuous long straight line and along that time "line" we put a notch for each specific date off of every single personal document which the Judge spent time creating, dictating, filling out, reading, typing, learning, signing, notarizing, messaging, addressing and mailing each of his "personal" letters, corporate filings, deeds, leases, bank loans, bank Notes, bank modifications, loan extensions, security instruments, land re-plats, tax permits, beer & wine licenses, variances, board resolutions, UCC filings, title searches, TCEQ complaints, development contracts, board minutes, tax sales, food licenses, real estate broker's continuing education, Futa Taxes, Suta Taxes, state workman's comp taxes, sales taxes, appraisal accounts, property tax bills, construction contracts, franchise tax reports, releases of liens, Timber exemptions, Agriculture exemptions etc, etc, most every work day during the twenty year span would be filled in and we are left wondering when he found ANY time to "fit in" the county's business!

And I would point out here that all this enormous body of paperwork is produced, handled and stored somewhere. It is a fact that MCAD records reflect that Sadler has NO active MCAD Business Personal Property account rendering ANY business equipment, furniture or supplies……so how and where does he perform all his personal business??

Until he proves otherwise I think it is the taxpayer funded "county office" that he believes is his birthright.

Send him the message…….not anymore………we're voting HEATH.

Tellin it to ya straight……
