First order of business…..didn't get a report last night whether County Clerk and MCAD websites were shut down overnight or not.  Will report tomorrow how that is going.

PART 4 -

With Sadler using HEATH's lack of a high-school diploma in an attempt to smear HEATH and posting all over town how superior he thinks himself with his doctor-daddy-paid college degree, I thought it would be helpful for voters to see for themselves HEATH's career path and successes as spelled out in HEATH's current Resume (here)

Voters should note that HEATH actually owned and operated his own EXXON Gas station/convenience store on the I-45 between Houston and Dallas from 1993 – 2001.

This little known fact gives voters something concrete to compare between the two candidates…….just not what Sadler would prefer voters to think about.

Voters are smart enough to do the comparison for themselves of Sadler's gas station empire and HEATH's foray into gas station ownership.

According to public records Sadler is the current owner of numerous gas station/convenience stores all over the state while HEATH's ownership of only one station ended back in 2001 after eight years.

Let's take a closer look at Sadler's reputation (so far) as a gas station "king" and what makes him, Sadler, (in his own mind anyway) a smarter businessman than HEATH?

Public records right now show at least $300,000 in delinquent property taxes due from Sadler's gas station/convenience store empire.  So, voters get a good look at Sadler's total lack of "planning" and inability to "project" sales and costs.

According to Sadler's own statements to media he also blames certain tenants for NOT paying his property taxes which tells me that Sadler was a fool to have entered lease agreements that relied on "tenants" to pay HIS company's property taxes "directly" to the tax man!  Incredibly ignorant thing to do. I've never seen a lease that leaves the property taxes to be paid by a non-owner of the property!

Sadler is either lying about tenants "failing to pay the taxes" or he flat out lacks "discernment" in his knowledge of WHO normally pays taxes under a lease and also lacks skills in "background checks" and "hiring" (which is also evident in his having chosen to go into business with a felonious minded man such as Kapadia in the first place). We can all see how smartly YOUR businesses are being operated, eh?

I found NO record of MASSIVE non-payment of HEATH's business property taxes. And NO record of non-payment of HEATH's state and federal taxes!

I can't say the same about Sadler……Sadler has a long "history" of NON-PAYMENT of all kinds of bills connected to his personal businesses.  Not just property taxes but also wages, workman's comp, Federal Employment Taxes, Employment Taxes, and such.

Not only does Sadler's pathetic record of non-payment show a disregard for the laws but also reeks of the arrogance of a public servant who is "cashing in" on his own perceived "privilege" that allows him to skate on all these debts knowing he can get away with doing so.

So, which one do you think is smarter than an 8th grader….HEATH or Sadler?

And which one do you think is an honest man…..HEATH or Sadler?

And, it is quite clear when reading through HEATH's Resume that HEATH has been on a path of progressively greater positions and duties as employers have learned he was capable.  More than capable of hiring, training, research analysis and handling whatever comes his way with professionalism and honor.

I see a fine record of achievement marked by personal strengths as I read his resume.

Also,  the progression of ever-increasing responsibilty entrusted to HEATH by each of his employers reflects (to my way of thinking) a hard-working, reliable man of integrity interested in the qualities of LEADERSHIP that he appears MORE THAN CAPABLE OF AND READY FOR.

Voters can depend on HEATH…..what will Sadler give us……more and more creative debt??

GIVE SADLER THE BOOT………..GIVE HEATH YOUR VOTE!

Tellin it to ya straight…..

One more thing this morning……

Want to make sure you all read Sadler's Chief of Staff, Ann Carr's OUTRAGEOUS statements to HEATH out at the early polling place…….so I am extracting her statements and placing them here:

“I can’t speak for the Judge but”….“Have you ever considered running for County treasurer when all this is over?”, “Did you know Martha Gustavsen is thinking of retiring soon?”, “The Judge really likes you”, “You do know the commissioners’ will appoint a replacement”, “You might want to consider that”, “I really think you would be well suited to county treasurer.”

The first thing I think of when reading of Carr's approaching HEATH with these statements is that Sadler seems all too certain that he has the Commissioners in his pocket to the extent that he can think of bribing his opponent with "their votes" for County Treasurer!  Then secondly, I think of Sadler spewing his BS all over town that he thinks his opponent lacks enough formal education yet he is "offering" HEATH the position of Treasurer???  This man Sadler is a whack job!  Inconsistent at best, and incompetent at worst.

If it looks like an attempt to bribe, if it walks like an attempt to bribe, if it smells like an attempt to bribe, it must be an attempt to bribe!

Mornin,

Here to report that at 1:13 a.m. Appraisal District website shut down tight! No info available overnight. This is intentional.  Castleschouldt is doing favor for power brokers in the county (like Sadler) who have much to hide about their own property records manipulations over the years.

ALL voters should let the appraisal district AND the County Judge know that it is unacceptable for that website to be shut down every night with no info available. Property records are PUBLIC Information. The ONLY reason the website is shutdown is to cut down on the time available for "research" of records.  Research that could lead to records being "compared" with other records.

Also let the district (Mark Castleschouldt is the Chief Appraiser) know that you no longer intend to keep silent about the district's public information being manipulated by messing with the website's software! Will go into how that is specifically being done and what the outcome for the public is in a new forum after the election is over.

Let's start with the one little button Castleschouldt had permanently removedback in mid 2009……the "include inactive" option box.  That little box used to be right there on the Owner search page and the address search page.

Mr. Weisner……Board Chairman…..tell your employee, Castleschouldt to put the "include inactive" button back.

Tellin it to ya straight……

PART 6 -

I would direct voters to Sadler's own private spin-doctors, The Conroe Courier's 10/30/10 article on Montgomery County Judge campaign contributions here: http://www.hcnonline.com/artic…..103110.txt

In it, reporter Nancy Flake declares the campaign finance race for contributions  "a runaway for the incumbent".

Wait just a minute……not so fast, Nancy.  Your headline for this story would have been a lot more fair and balanced if you had witten it thusly:

"Underdog Candidate HEATH Gaining Momentum In Last Days"

My point being that the candidates own campaign finance reports show Sadler got all his big bucks early this year when his cronies didn't think he would have any opponent in November AND when they all thought he was a "shoe-in" for re-election.

According to this latest Courier "spin" Sadler had only $1066.00 donated in the final month as opposed to the total of $90,789 donated to his campaign.  This is a HUGE story in itself!

This statistic indicates a HUGE "cooling" towards incumbent Sadler.  Why didn't Flake point this out?

Voters will remember that it is only since the beginning of October that a small contigent of main stream media outlets finally began to publicly expose Sadler's huge tax delinquencies.

Since the beginning of October main stream media reports, of Sadler's glaring lack of financial "planning" skills that's resulted in $300,000 in current tax delinquencies for him and his felonious partner Kapadia, have brought it home to voters and those who may have otherwise decided to donate to his campaign but for the reports that leave him looking like an ordinary boob with financial skills bordering on the absurd.

Sadler's partnership's huge tax delinquencies could spell disaster for a candidate looking to continue to administer hundreds of millions of tax dollars!

His true lack of financial skills doesn't make him a bad man……just a wind-filled braggard bordering on the brink of insovency and scurrying to  cover it up and distance himself from it at the same time he pretends "credibility" in money handling to the voters of Montgomery County.

I'm thinking the Good Ol Boy campaign contributers who gave the better part of that $90,000 to Sadler early on in this election cycle, just gave their "payoffs" (er, I mean campaign donations) to Sadler's campaign the same as they have for the last five elections, thinking their "boy" would run unopposed as usual.

Were they ever surprised when HEATH worked hard and gathered the signatures necessary to get on the November ballot and now is within striking distance of their "flawed" pal.

Sadler, according to his own past campaign finance reports, has thought nothing of regularly using his crony's campaign money for all sorts of "personal" expenses like paying his Chief of Staff and Secretary's Christmas Bonuses, flowers for funerals, Christmas Party lunches at local steakhouses etc.

Since he has never before had a November opponent he never had reason to have to spend much of the campaign donations on a campaign, did he?

As Sadler is quoted in the latest Courier smear (er, story),  "I spent very, very little money, the signs I had were from past races".  Sure, why spend all that campaign money on things that would help you get elected IF you believe you will get elected without them!

That way, if you do win, you have all that money left over that you then can use to impress your staff and others as you continue to operate as the "conduit" for the political "grease" that flowed (from all those local politicians, lawyers, engineers, developers, bankers etc.) into your campaign coffers and directly back out (through the old "Delay-Style" campaign money-machine) to hopefully end up impressing the individuals who eventually "vote" for you (our "local-yokel" Santa Claus)!

A perfect example of Sadler playing Santa Claus, is when he just recently paid for that new Flat Panel TV with campaign donations and "donated" it to the new Republican Party Headquarters?

He did this at the same time that several small rural counties (where his gas station/convenience stores are located) are struggling from the effects of his companies tens of thousands in TAX DEFAULTS hitting their budgets at the same time that the overall economy is down.

Of course, it doesn't take a rocket scientist to realize that lotsa "votes" pass through those hallowed halls at Republican Party Headquarters in Conroe (and Sadler liked the idea of every one of them reading the little plaque with his name on it indicating his benevolelnt "donation"). What a crock……he didn't even spend his own money on the TV.

But you can be sure that Sadler thinks that whoever does visit the building will probably ALL be willing to pull the "Republican Straight Ticket that his own wife, Mimi, and Chief of Staff, Ann Carr, have been urging early voters to do out at the early voting spots all week.

And, if Sadler happens to lose, I believe he gets to keep all unexpended campaign money left over……so, Sadler has it figured to pay off for himself either way.

Are we surprised?  VOTE HEATH!

Tellin it to ya straight…….

PART 7 – (Final in the Series)

Stand Up……Stand Out…..for Truth, Justice and The American way
Do your part….just ONE vote is all that's needed …….from each and every one of you.

This election may well be the FIRST EVER to have come down to a fight for the "System". The "System" that runs way too many things in Montgomery County. The "System" that local political and transparency advocates and activists call the "Good Ole Boy" System. The "System" that has given us a five-term County Judge who sees nothing wrong with conducting his own private businesses from the same office as his official administrator duties. Aiding and abetting his own friends and partners in acquiring riches derived from his "insider" position as top administrator of the county.

It is time….this election HAS to be about ethics and morals and values NOT as in times past when every election has always been about our wallets! Our wallets have been "picked" clean. Wake Up!

This election is one of epic proportions for the citizens here who have been asleep at the helm for all too long. We need to rattle the cages at every level. ALL registered voters must get to the polls and vote your conscience

Forget "straight" ticket voting!  This election isn't about Democrat or Republican. Vote for the individual.

This election is about the idividual…….VOTE OUT all individuals who have brought shame, scandal and a legacy of HUGE DEBT to our county.

Vote for the candidate who's life is a true reflection of Godly virtues. Virtues that the founders of this country translated and transformed onto the pages of our Constitution.  That living, breathing public document that the scoundrels who run Montgomery County have given short shrift to for too long.

Think long and hard. Do you really want to give your one vote……the ONLY one you have……..to a Leader

  • who IS a convicted criminal having pleaded "Guilty" to DWI,
  • who made a conscious decision to mix phenobarbital (a strong narcotic) with martinis and then drove…..right into the back end of a Montgomery County school teacher's car jumping out of his own big SUV shouting "I don't want no cops" three times over,
  • who refused to blow an alcohol breath test,
  • who sat at the sheriff's office in MoCo with his feet up waiting for his blood alcohol to conform to legal levels,
  • who has a business partner who recently pleaded GUILTY to a federal FELONY and is awaiting sentencing,
  • who currently owes $300,000 in delinquent property taxes to numerous Texas counties struggling to survive,
  • who simply walked away from over $25,000 in MoCo property taxes on an oil rig destined to become millions in his own pocket,
  • who has been quoted as stating he thinks money can buy most things,
  • who thought it a good idea to agree to a campaign interview in his big new county office with a local piece of cheesecake named Shaune Stauffer and then to have his County Judge image surrounded by her nakedness posted on the internet,
  • who continued to sit on the Appraisal District Board while letting his Montgomery County property taxes remain delinquent four years running in direct contravention of the law,
  • who has had a twenty year chance at being leader and has led us all right up the garden path……to hundreds of millions in "debt" all while a record amount of tax money has rolled in to this county from the largest increase in population in our lifetime (meaning that our "leader" with his mostly "useless' finance degree should have laid some of the huge increases in revenues aside for a "rainy day" fund). But, no, our debt is choking us now and will continue to long into the future.

What kind of leadership is that? Spending every last dime that came in for over twenty years and still leaving behind infrastructure built upon "debt" that will eventually come due for our grandchildren?? Oh, that's right…..only the taxpaying public will get "stung" by that debt…….Sadler's grandchildren will all be sitting pretty on the "inheritance" left them by their Granddaddy, Barb!

No thanks……Give Me HEATH anyday. How about you? See ya at the polls, tomorrow!

Tellin it to ya straight…….

Welcome To Defeat……type

The voters have spoken……and it wasn't even close.

Sadler = 86,172   82%

Heath = 18,545   18%

__________________________

Eissler = 52,522

Calkin = 5544

_________________________

These results  make me feel like I have been frustrated

They also make me want to beer

Looks like entrenched leaders have a lot more "influence" on people than I'd like to have to admit.

What does it say when over 86,000 local residents vote for a "criminal" and "tax scofflaw"?  curse We are in real trouble…..that's what I thinkhair-fire

Of course, what I think doesn't apparently make any difference wag……..the voters have spoken….Sadler is our leader (Judge hammer ) and Eissler (the tax deadbeat) is going to continue to represent us in Austin….the Dynamic Duo    stupid    from Montogmery Countycool-devil…….a sorry state of affairs.

In a few days, after licking the wounds I will be back at what I must do……expose wrongdoing in all the dark corners of our government…….whether the citizens appreciate it or not……I take enormous encouragement from the 18,545 people who have had enough of the rotten system here…….that is a good start…….we will build from therethumbs-up
