Hi Bob Welcome to the site. I realize you may have just discovered this site, so the below advice will apply to any future information you may seek regarding incidents in your area.  When something is happening in your area listen to the radios at the above link to try to determine details about the incident. Post your questions about an incident as soon as possible. If you did not hear the incident on the radio, someone else may have and can relay the information they heard. Of course, the longer you wait to ask the less likely anyone will remember the specific incident. If you are really interested in the information you can submit a public information request to the agency or agencies involved in the incident.
