Whereas, the tax rate approved by the current board exceeds what was promised by nearly 10 percent,

Whereas, crime has escalated and the current Township lacks the power to form a police force,

Whereas, water rationing has been used, because the Township lacks the power to enact developmental controls,

Whereas, the Township lacks the power to enact ordinances for public safety and the common good of residents,

We the undersigned demand the immediate call for an incorporation vote to be held in November 2010 by the Woodlands Township board.
