Today, some alert officer spotted the vehicle and recognized it and pursued it but the guy fled. Serveral agencies were involved in the chase and he was on and off the I-45 a couple of times over a period of about 40 minutes before the chase finally ended on Fm 1960 East between I=45 and the Hardy Tollroad.
