Does anybody know what the convoy of Missouri City / Houston / Sugarland Police cars (With lights activated) was about? It passed through Montgomery around 11:00am heading East. They stopped traffic at all the intersections as they passed through. The convoy also had a black truck, a white SUV, and an RV in the middle of it.

Was there a group of runners in the middle of the convoy?

If there was I saw the same thing yesterday traveling through tomball. It included the Missouri City, Sugarland police and the RV as you mentioned.

I haven't done any research yet to determine the purpose.

This may have been it, but there was nobody running on foot, just a couple of unmarked vehicles, the RV, and the police units. Thanks for the answer!!
