I believe we have eliminated the need for forum members to fill in the "math required" anti spam control. We will maintain the setting at this level unless increased spam warrants a change.
Also the direct link for the sidebar profile to the forum profile is currently not feasible. I have talked with the developers of the software and it may be added at a later date.

Foz,
Thats great, I know members here will be respectful and not abuse the work you have done . The profile sidebar I know is not a big deal, but I am glad they are looking into it.
Will keep you updated if I find anything else that seems out of place.
Also do you know the deminsions of the avatar, and the max file size we are able to upload?

The reason the feeds on the iphone are not working anymore is because the new site's url is different.
Can you give the updated urls to the developers of that software app?
I believe the avatar is adjustable…let me check.

I don't know that because the site url is different is why I can't post on the iPhone. I can pull up everything on the site just fine and listen to audio. When i go to the forum, I can pull up all the topics and post. The problem lies in where I have to type a reply, the text box will not pull up the keyboard like it should. Will check into it though.
Not sure on what standard size is, I do believe that size will be plenty big. The picture of my avatar came from my facebook, so I would have to bleive that is a standard size.

hmm yea i remember you saying that now about the trouble you were having.
Since I dont have an iphone I guess I dont really understand exactly how the feed app works. For some reason I thought the app had the feed urls built into it….maybe that is the case? So there could be two seperate issues for iphone access now on the new site? The iphone browser software not playing nice with the new site software and also a url issue with the app needing an update to the new url.
any of that make sense?

Hey Foz!!
I know my ? has nothing to do with this issue. I just wanted to know if any one can add video to this site and who ever is doing the reporting for example fatal accident on 242 when they are speaking to officers and asking ?'s if they could speak up so we can hear the ?. As far as I know the new site has been up for about a week now and I do not seem to have any issues still every thing is working properly on my end.

Hiya Hopper
The video of the 242 fatal accident came from scott engle, a free lancer in this area, therefore we really don't have any control over the video or audio. I agree the audio was too low on that clip, but he was the only one at the scene that evening, and he is graciouisly allowing us to post some of his video on this site.
I am glad you have not discovered any major issues with the site. If you do however make sure to let us know.

My i am unable to recieve scanner 1 also so mayb Foz is fixing the problem as he always does. Foz for president lol!

the computer for that feed had locked up again.
I have shut down some unnecessary processes on that unit to try to eliminate the problem.
