From the look of the number of people viewing our posts I would assume that at least a small margin of people are now aware of the tax office unfair practices.  I have since learned that Mr. Moore will now be giving the refunds that are required by law (lets see if it last more than one time as before).  I haven't posted anything further till now because of other actions.  Hope Mr. Moore will do the right thing and follow thru with his decision, if however he really does refund all those people their money as required by State Law.
