Hiya heather

 

THanks for posting.

 

I am using Internet Explorer 7.0 and cannot see the controller to listen to the audio.

 

What browser and version are you using?

 

Anyone else?  Please post what browser version you are using and whether you can or cannot see the audio controller above.

Im on Windows 7

Firefox beta 3.6  -  no controls

Internet Explorer 8 – no controls

Google Chrome -  no controls

Apple Safari  – no controls

 

On my Macbook Pro

Firefox  -  control audio automatic play

Safari  -  control audio automatic play

Google Chrome -  control audio automatic play

 

iPhone 3.1.3 firmware

Safari  – proper quicktime button that opens and plays the audio

 

Currently reinstalling quicktime on my windows 7 pc to see if problem is solved.

I am on a mac. I see everything as I did before, ie.. the line with the arrow on the left. It does start up when I open the page. I am NOT computer savvy enough to list all those things ^^^ like the above poster! Looks great though.

Thanks for the feed back you two…

We are corresponding with the software developer on this issue and they agree with what is posted above……everything works on a mac.

 

IE 7 & 8 have issues for sure…..no eta on a fix however.

 

Mbrown – I did get it to work correctly in XP with Firefox 3.5.8 after installing quicktime.  You have any luck with your re-install?
