Anyone know about the fire near rayford? (I could see smoke from Woodlands Parkway.) There was also three police cruisers at about 1:00pm today, speeding towards nursery on budde.

I dont have any info on the fire but the cruisers on Budde were after a fleeing theft suspect I believe. Think he stole some shoes. I believe the theft occurred in Shenandoah's jurisdiction.

I was only half way listening but I think he fled in a vehicle and at some point abandon the vehicle and fled on foot (possibly after an mva). He was captured in the woods nearby.

Thank You! I did hear something about shoes! People are silly, why risk going to jail for a pair of shoes. The mva was at maple branch and nursery, I did drive by that.

The fire was around 6:50pm. Lots of smoke!
