I also live in the complex bldg13, heard 2 shots right by my bedroom window, saw a black male wearing black pant and a white tshirt running towards the back gate, went outside and found a young man apparently shot in the shoulder and with his hands tied, he told everyone that the robbers where inside the apt when he got home, he was beaten, rob, shot and runover by the fleeing buick

The young man was not shot. He was hit by the car and tore ligaments in his shoulder. The management went to the scene and spoke to the man today. I am wondering if/how management will respond to this incident.

I guess they were checking out the place before robbing it.  I wonder if they got into his apt through the patio doors. There was no forced entry and he said he locked his door. He was talking to management today after he got out of the hospital.  He said that he didn't get shot.  When the car hit him, it took a chuck off of his back and did ligament damage.  He was struggling with one of the robbers and the robber managed to get two shots off but luckily it didn't hit anyone.

Was one of the robbers in that black Malibu in the video? Why would he have gotten shot?

I have seen these vehicles around here before, the black car usually parks in the handicapped space and the buick across my garage or next to the handicapped, however, who is the individual found shot on a dish?  who shot him? is he the individual i saw running towards the back gate, that was also spotted laying down on the grass by the end of the carports next to the fence against the backwoods? this individual was spotted by a 3rd floor resident on bldg 11,how does the victim ends up gettin hit by the buick?  I also want to read the police report, because it all makes no sense.

I would like to find out what really happened as well, for the safety of all the tenants. If this was an isolated incident involving drugs, and the tenant involved leaves, that's one thing. However, if it was, indeed, a random home invasion, then we need to be more cautious and hopefully the complex will take more steps to prevent future break-ins.

ok i am a little confused. per the video/audio it was a hispanic male in a black nissan that was shooting who is suppose to be the resident w/the ligament tear? then who is the male that had the gunshoot , bleeding from the head and ties around his wrist? or was he the resident? how did they get in if there is no evidence to support a home invasion/robbery?maybe the resident let them in which supports the fact there is not any evidence of a force entry. per the supposed resident the robber got of two shots but did not hit anyone yet someone was sent to the hospital with GSW which i am assuming is the young man that Dina seen. Evidently MCSO has some investigating to do. as a community we must watch out a inquire or report activity like they use to do when i was growing up.
