Les Tarrance Sr., former Woodlands Township board member, pleaded guilty to “conspiracy to commit mail fraud and wire fraud” charges in a U.S. District Court on July 17, 2007.

According to Texas Ethics Commission documents, on July 30, 2007 Wayne Glasscock of Texas Outdoor Power Sales, Inc. made a prohibited political donation to Montgomery County, Precinct 5 Constable, David Hill.
A complaint was filed and the Commission recently released the results of the investigation.
