In the early morning hours the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office patrol deputies were alerted to a State Wide “BOLO” for a murder suspect believed to be traveling to the Houston area from Plano, Texas.

Early this morning around 4:30 AM the Montgomery Sheriff’s Office assisted the Harris County Sheriff’s Office that had been pursuing a vehicle north on IH 45 from the Greenspoint area. MCSO was told that the suspect driver had been involved in a family disturbance where gunshots had been fired.

On March 10, 2010, at approximately 0350 hours, three black males attempted to commit an aggravated robbery at the Exxon located at the intersection of Research Forest and Hewitt. The victim saw a passenger car in the parking lot and became suspicious and locked the front door and called 911.
