Terry Dale Carnes has been arrested. 
The suspect surrendered himself to MCSO deputies at the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office Substation in New Caney.  Carnes is being transported to the jail in Conroe, Texas.

The female jogging victim who was attacked on Gosling Road yesterday met with investigators again today and a forensic sketch artist.  The attached sketch of the suspect is being released in the hopes that someone will recognize him and call the Sheriff’s Office, their local police department or Crime Stoppers.
