Sadler’s beleaguered business partner, Aslam Ismail Kapadia, has once again had his sentencing in his 2008 federal conspiracy, money laundering and wire fraud case reset to November 16, 2011 at 1:15 pm in a Corpus Christi courtroom.

Public records show (see below story) that Judge Alan B. Sadler’s corporation, Sadler Kapadia Investments, Inc., forfeited their state charter back on 8/28/09.
It looks like the corporation has continued to operate though for well over a year with a “revoked” charter.

After several months of “sealed” events in the felony case against Montgomery County Judge Alan B. Sadler’s business partner, Aslam Kapadia, his sentencing has once again been reset by federal Judge Jack to February 24, 2011 at 2:00 pm.
