Just after midnight two employees of the Cheesecake Factory left work at the restaurant on their bicycles. After leaving, the victims Cezar Centano (22) and Jorge Estrada (38), were approached by two males on Woodloch Forest who were in a dark colored pick-up truck.

Les Tarrance Sr., former Woodlands Township board member, pleaded guilty to “conspiracy to commit mail fraud and wire fraud” charges in a U.S. District Court on July 17, 2007.

We recently noticed a letter which appeared in the Opinion section of The Villager concerning excessive spending on food using public funds.
