On June 14, 2010, Montgomery County Deputies served an arrest warrants for Possession of Child Pornography on Wolfgang Peter Evans at his residence in The Woodlands.
The arrest came nearly a month after detectives executed a search warrant on Evans home on Timbermill, and found illegal drugs and a vial of mercury.
