District 1 – Lt. Jim Fleming (North County)

On May 4, Deputies A. Cross and C. Robertson were dispatched to the 19800 block of Lindley Woods for a stolen vehicle report. The Deputies were advised by a male complainant that he had been asked by two females to use his truck and he advised them “no.” The male left the keys to the truck on the floor board while he visited a friend. The females took the truck and later called him and told him the truck was out of gas. The Deputies met with the females in the area of Hwy 105 and Lee Turner Road where the females were detained. The two females, sisters, were arrested at 3:53pm and charged with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. One female, 18 years of age, from Cleveland, was taken to jail. The other female, 16 years of age, no address given, was taken to juvenile detention.
A 22 year old male from Conroe was arrested at 5:51pm, May 5, in the 15800 block of Mackay Road by Deputy K. Underwood for a theft of firearm warrant out of Harris County. The Deputy was notified of the address on the male by Harris County. The male was taken to jail.
A 19 year old male from Conroe was arrested at 7:15pm, May 5, in the area of Hwy 75 and North Danville by Deputy S. Degner for failure to identify (fugitive), three traffic warrants out of Willis PD and two traffic warrants out of Conroe PD. The Deputy had stopped the male in a vehicle believed to be involved in a disturbance. The male gave a false name. The male was transported to jail.
On May 5, Deputy S. Degner was notified of a disturbance in progress in the 13400 block of E. Summer Chase. The Deputy met with a male complainant who advised his wife had left about two weeks ago and came back this day. They got into an argument and she went to the bedroom and retrieved a 9mm pistol and pointed it at the complainant telling him she was going to kill him. The 55 year old female from Willis was arrested at 9:30pm, charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and transported to jail.
On May 6, Deputies K. Berger and S. Degner were sent to a criminal trespass in progress in the 1500 block of Pioneer Lane. They were advised a female in a jeep was doing “doughnuts” in the front yard belonging to a female complainant. The female suspect had been given a criminal trespass notice to stay off the property. The female suspect, upon noticing, Deputy Degner’s arrival got out of the jeep and started running. She was detained and found to be intoxicated. The Deputies found out the female had been given another criminal trespass notice to stay off the property of her ex-boyfriend which she did not do. The 35 year old female from Cleveland was arrested at 12:23am, charged with DWI and two counts of criminal trespass and taken to jail.
On May 8, Deputy K. Underwood responded to the 14100 block of Shadow Bay Drive in reference to a disturbance. While in route the Deputy was advised a female suspect had left the scene and was walking toward the front of the neighborhood. The Deputy located the female and found her to be intoxicated. The 27 year old female from Cleveland was arrested at 2:38am and transported to jail.
On May 8, Deputy A. Booher observed a suspicious vehicle parked in a store parking lot in the 12200 block of FM 1097. The Deputy noticed a strong odor of marijuana emitting from the vehicle. During the investigation the Deputy located three plastic baggies of marijuana in the vehicle along with a scale and grinder. Total weight of the marijuana was 2.2 ounces. The 18 year old male from Willis was arrested at 9:40pm and transported to jail.
On May 8, Deputies K. Berger and C. Robertson stopped a vehicle in the 15400 block of FM 1484 for a traffic violation. An investigation ensued and the male driver was found to be intoxicated. The 52 year old male from Willis was arrested at 11:23pm, charged with DWI and transported to jail.
On May 9, Deputy K. Underwood was notified of gun shots being fired in the 17800 block of E. Williams Road. The Deputy spoke with a reportee and then patrolled the area. The Deputy heard several gun shots and observed a vehicle traveling in the area. The vehicle was stopped by the Deputy and the male driver exited and was questioned about the shots being fired. As the Deputy continued the interview it was observed the male was intoxicated. The male was detained and the Deputy located two pistols, a .40 cal. S&W semi-automatic and a .22 cal. revolver, in the vehicle. The 27 year old male from Conroe was arrested at 2:25am, charged with DWI and unlawful carrying of a weapon and taken to jail.
A 24 year old male from Splendora was arrested at 7:47pm, May 9, in the area of Hwy 105 and Whipporwill Road for a failure to appear warrant out of Montgomery County. The Deputy was assisting a State of Texas Forestry Officer who had stopped the vehicle for driving recklessly.
During the investigation the Deputy located 0.3 ounces of marijuana in the vehicle. The male was transported to jail.
District 2 – Lt. Brady Fitzgerald (South County)
5/1 – White Male 33 yrs old from Spring and White Male 24 yrs old from Spring – were arrested after Dep. Swank was dispatched to a Suspicious Persons call on Woodhue Ct. During the course of the investigation .9 grams of Crystal Methamphetamine was found in a clear bag. Both subjects stated the drugs belonged to the other. Dep. Swank contacted the District Attorney’s Office and charges were accepted for Possession of Controlled Substance on both suspects. They were transported to the South Montgomery County Jail without incident.
5/3 – White Male 38 yrs old from Magnolia, White Male 18 yrs old from Magnolia and White Female 42 yrs old also from Magnolia – were arrested for Felony Theft after they were located off of Strathdon. The suspects had broken into the locked parking lot of Texas Truck Works and had taken several parts from a vehicle. Value of the parts was determined to be approximately $4,968. Dep. Flynn contacted the District Attorney’s Office and charges were accepted for Theft. All suspects were transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.
5/3 – White Male 35 yrs old from Spring – was arrested for Driving while Intoxicated. Sgt. Hammons responded to the area of I-45 and the Hardy Toll Road and located the vehicle described in an Attempt to Locate that had just been dispatched. Sgt. Hammons observed vehicle being driven at a high rate of speed and failing to maintain a single lane of travel on Interstate 45, and at that time initiated a traffic stop. The driver of the vehicle had bloodshot-glassy eyes, slurred speech and was emitting a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage. Sgt. Hammons also observed an open can of beer in the vehicle. After conducting several Standardized Field Sobriety Tests, the suspect was taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.
District 3 – Lt. Darrel Conn (East County)
On 05/03/10, Deputy Ortiz was dispatched to the 23500 Block of Loblolly Pine (New Caney) in reference to a Criminal Trespass/ PI Disturbance at which time the 27 YOA white female suspect was located in an intoxicated state walking on the roadway in the area. Female was subsequently arrested for public intoxication and transported to the Conroe Jail without incident.
On 05/04/10, Deputy Amstutz was dispatched to the 17700 Block of Pine View (Conroe) in reference to a Family Violence in Progress. Investigation revealed that a 39 YOA male had assaulted his 43 YOA girlfriend, her 44 YOA cousin, and had kicked the household pet cat during the disturbance. The male subject was arrested for two counts of Assault and Cruelty to Animal(s) and transported to the East County Jail without incident.
On 05/04/10, Deputy White met with Humble PD for a prisoner transfer in which a 36 YOA male had been detained in Humble Area for a warrant for nonpayment of child support. Male subject was transported to East County Jail without incident.
On 05/04/10, Deputy Guion went to the 17600 Block of Pine View (Conroe) where he located and detained a 54 YOA male for a warrant reference Theft by Check. Warrant was confirmed and male subject was transported to East County Jail without incident.
On 05/05/10, Deputy Rippley was dispatched to the 16300 Block of FM 1485 (New Caney) in regards to a Trespasser. Upon arrival, investigation revealed one of the subject(s) involved had an open warrant involving a Theft. This 28 YOA male subject was detained, warrant confirmed, and male was transported to East County Jail without incident.
05/06/10, Deputy Rippley was dispatched to the 21100 Block of Cherry Street (New Caney) in regards to a Theft in Progress. Investigation revealed that a 22 YOA male subject that was caught at the location was attempting to steal metal to scrap as his accomplice fled the area upon police arrival. The detained male was subsequently arrested for Theft and transported to the East County Jail without incident.
On 05/06/10, Deputy Curtis responded to the 23100 Block of White Oak (New Caney) in reference to a Trespasser in Progress where suspicious persons were seen in area carrying black bags. Upon arrival in area, it was learned that a vehicle that suspicious persons had been operating had been involved in an aggravated assault earlier in the Humble, Texas Area. Assisted by Humble PD, a 24 YOA white male was detained and was determined to be the suspect in the aggravated assault outside of Montgomery County. It was also determined that he has accompanying a reported Runaway in his vehicle and was subsequently arrested for harboring a Runaway with numerous charges to follow by outer agencies after as their investigation continued.
05/07/10, Deputy Amstutz was patrolling in the 1900 Block of Northpark Drive (Kingwood) when he observed a vehicle operating in a reckless manner (Speeding) on the damp street and other motorist actively taking evasive action from this driver. Upon stopping the vehicle, it was further determined to have a fictitious inspection sticker. Operator of vehicle was arrested for Fictitious MVI and Reckless Driving as he was transported to jail without incident.
On 05/07/10, Deputy Amstutz was dispatched to the area of 22800 Block of Antique Lane (New Caney) in reference to a Civil Disturbance. Investigation revealed that a 49 YOA female that was involved had an active warrant for Theft by Check. Female was arrested and transported without incident.
On 05/08/10, Deputy White was dispatched to a theft in Progress at the 23500 Block of US Highway 59 (Wal-Mart in Porter) where it was determined that a 51 YOA female was observed shoplifting and had walked out of the business without paying for merchandise concealed. Upon investigation, Female was arrested and upon search incident to arrest, illegal narcotics believed to be methamphetamine in her possession. An open warrant for MTR was also located and confirmed on this female subject who was transported without incident.
On 05/09/10, Deputies Amstutz/ Durrenberger observed a hitch hiker in area of FM 1485 (New Caney) at which time the subject was identified as a 56 YOA male had several open warrants thru Judge Metts Office. Warrants were confirmed with Pct 4 Constables Office and subject was placed in East County Jail without incident.
05/10/10, Deputy Jackson responded to the 16200 Block of Long Valley Ct (Conroe) in regards to suspicious person(s). Upon arrival in area, Deputy Jackson located two 34 YOA male subjects that exhibited several signs of intoxication. For the safety of these individuals and the safety of others in the area, both were arrested for public intoxication and transported to east county Jail without incident.
On 05/11/10, Deputy Lawless was dispatched to the 20700 Block of Old Houston Road in regard to an ex-boyfriend coming to this location which allegedly possessed several illegal drugs and reportee was in fear for her safety. Consent to search was obtained at which time investigation revealed that a 40 YOA male was in possession of several illegal prescription drugs, possible Cocaine, and a sum of currency. Indicators at the scene point toward the illegal distribution of these narcotics by the male subject which was arrested and transported to jail without incident.
District 4 – Lt. David Park (West County)
On May 10th at approximately 12:00 am MCSO Sergeant Russell observed a vehicle on the side of the road on FM 2978 and Ken Lake Road. The vehicle had the flashers on and the Sergeant stopped to see if they needed any help. After making contact with the driver a 28 year old Hispanic male, the Sergeant observed him to be unsteady on his feet and he appeared to be intoxicated. The vehicle the subject was driving had hit something and both passenger side tires were blown out. After a Field Sobriety test was performed the subject was arrested for Public Intoxication and transported to South County Jail. While inventorying his wallet at jail an obviously fictitious Social Security Card was found with the subject’s signature on it. The charge against the subject was upgraded to Forgery.
On May 9th at approximately 10:00 pm MCSO Sergeant Russell was dispatched to a call regarding a vehicle in a ditch in the 37000 block of FM 1774. The Sergeant located the driver inside a Convenience store staggering around. A strong odor of alcoholic beverage was emitting from his breath and person. The male subject was intoxicated to the degree that a Standard Field Sobriety Test was not safe for him to perform. The subject was a clear danger to himself and to the public in his intoxicated state. The subject was arrested for Public Intoxication.
On May 7th at approximately 12:30 am MCSO Sergeant Russell was dispatched to the intersection of FM 2920 and FM 2978 in reference to a Family Violence Past. Upon arrival the Deputy met with the female Complainant who advised that she had been engaged in a verbal altercation with a male subject at their residence in Montgomery County and the male subject had become enraged to the point he had pushed her down. The male subject then physically attacked the complainant. The Complainant was able to talk the male subject into leaving her residence and drove him to his mother’s residence. While driving him there the male subject began striking the Complainant almost causing her to wreck her vehicle. The male subject was arrested for Assault Family Violence.
On May 7th at approximately 11:00 pm MCSO Deputy Hahs was dispatched to the 30000 block of Decker Hills Drive in reference to a Robbery. Upon arrival the Deputy met with the female Complainant who advised that around 11:30 pm a male subject had called her and asked her to borrow $5. The Complainant stated the male subject gave her directions to meet him. When the Complainant arrived at the location, the male subject reached through her driver’s side window and intentionally pulled her wallet out of her hands injuring her in the process, then ran into the woods. The Deputy located the residence where the robbery occurred just as a vehicle pulled into the driveway. The passenger was identified as the suspect in the robbery and transported back to the location of the Complainant who positively identified him. The suspect was arrested for Robbery.
On May 7th at approximately 11:00 pm MCSO Deputy Hahs was patrolling in the Thousand Oaks subdivision and was flagged down by a member of the Neighborhood Watch in his vehicle. The reportee stated while he was patrolling the neighborhood he observed a male subject walking down the side of the road stumbling. Deputy Hahs located the subject and observed his unsteady balance; red blood shot eyes and odor alcoholic beverage coming from his breath and person. The 19 year old male subject was arrested for Minor in Possession of Alcohol.
On May 4th at approximately 10:30 pm MCSO Deputy Herman while on patrol observed a motorcycle in the parking lot at the intersection of FM 1774 and Bayette. Upon making contact with the driver, Deputy Herman ran the male subject through MCSO Dispatch and was advised the subject had an open warrant for Theft of Property by Check. The subject was placed into custody and transported to jail.
On May 3rd at approximately 5:00 am MCSO Sergeant Russell conducted a traffic stop at the intersection of Hardin Store Road and Anderson for an expired Registration. A driver’s license check revealed active warrants for the female driver. The Sergeant confirmed the warrants for Reckless Driving and Possession of Dangerous Drugs with Dispatch and placed the female subject into custody and transported her to jail.
On May 3rd at approximately 11:00 am MCSO Deputy Krolczyk while on routine patrol traveling southbound on FM 1774 observed a black pick-up truck enter the center turn lane of FM 1774 and pass several vehicles in a No Passing zone. Deputy Krolczyk conducted a traffic stop and made contact with the male driver. The Deputy observed the male subject to have blood shot eyes, unsteady balance and slurred speech. The subject admitted to drinking prior to the traffic stop. After a Field Sobriety test was performed and a mandatory blood draw was ordered and the subject was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated 3rd offense.
District 5 – Lt. Don Lacy (Northwest County)
On 05/05/10 Deputy Rex responded to the 11200 block of SH 105 West in regards to a suspicious vehicle parked near a closed business. Investigation revealed that the vehicle was occupied by two individuals, one male and one female, both intoxicated. The male was found to be in possession of a controlled substance. Both subjects were arrested for Public Intoxication with the male also was being charged with possession of a controlled substance. Both individuals were placed into the Montgomery County Jail on undetermined bonds.
On 05/05/10 Deputy Dishman responded to the 100 block of Dam Site Rd. in regards to Burglary of a Building. The Complainant reported that someone forced entry into their rental storage facility and stole numerous personal items, electronics, saddle, tools. The items stolen were valued in excess of $16,000. The case is under investigation by the Criminal Investigation Division.
On 05/06/10 Deputy Durbin and Lowe responded to the 16800 block of W. Alderson in regards to a Verbal Disturbance. Investigation revealed that four individuals, two male, two female, were all in the street in front of the residence, intoxicated and causing a disturbance. All four subjects were arrested for Public Intoxication and placed into the Montgomery County Jail on undetermined bonds.
On 05/06/10 Deputy Garlock responded to the 11900 block of Womack Cemetery Rd in regards to Burglary of a Building. The Complainant reported that someone had forced entry into his barn and stole his ATV Vehicle valued at over $2,500. The case is under investigation by the Auto Theft Task Force.
On 05/10/10 Deputy Garner and Cpl. Peckne responded to the 9800 block of Pine Point Dr. in regards to a Disturbance. Investigation revealed that an intoxicated male on location was creating a disturbance with the two male residents on location. The intoxicated male was arrested for Public Intoxication and placed into the Montgomery County Jail on an undetermined bond.
District 6 – Lt. David Dottei (Woodlands)
On April 30, 2010, Sgt. Jason Moore observed a speeding vehicle on Cochran’s Crossing near Bay Branch. The vehicle was clocked on radar at 57 mph. in posted 35 mph. As Sgt. Moore turned around to conduct a traffic stop, the vehicle accelerated and attempted to evade. The driver eluded to a residence off Chancery Pl. and attempted to shut the iron entrance gate to prevent the patrol car from entering behind. The female driver then attempted to elude on foot into the residence after the Sergeant entered the property on foot. A White Female 52 yrs old was arrested and charged with Evading Arrest w/ motor vehicle State Jail Felony.
The following Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Controlled Substance arrest(s) were made:
5/2 – Black Male 62 yrs old from Spring – was arrested after a traffic stop on Valleywood. During the course of the traffic stop, a passenger in the vehicle was found to be in possession of .3 grams of Cocaine. The suspect was transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
5/2 – White Males ages 21, 19 and 18 yrs old and all from Spring – were arrested after officers observed their suspicious activity in a parking lot at 1212 Lake Robbins Drive. During the course of the investigation, numerous plastic bags containing marijuana were found, along with other drug paraphernalia. Total marijuana located was 11.9 grams. Charges were accepted for Possession of Marijuana Class B Misdemeanor on all 3 suspects. They were transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.
5/2 – White Male 29 yrs old from The Woodlands – was arrested after a traffic stop on Woodlands Parkway. During the course of the traffic stop, the driver was found to be in possession of .266 ounces of marijuana. The suspect was taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
5/2 – White Male 19 yrs old from The Woodlands – was arrested after a traffic stop on N. Panther Creek Drive. During the course of the traffic stop, the driver was found to be in possession of .47 ounces of marijuana. The suspect was taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
The following Shoplifting arrest(s) were made at 1201 Lake Woodlands Drive:
5/4 – White Female 49 yrs old from Houston – The recovered merchandise (6 items) was valued at $254.50. The suspect was transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.
5/7 – White Female 29 yrs old from Conroe – The recovered merchandise (2 items) was valued at $66.00. The suspect was transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.
The following Shoplifting arrest(s) were made at 3040 College Park Drive:
4/24 – White Male 29 yrs old from Lufkin – The recovered merchandise (13 items) was valued at $254.52. The suspect was transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.
