MCSO District Map

District 1 – Lt. Jim Fleming (North County)
On July 19, Deputy A. Cross was sent to the 11900 block of Nicholson Road for a family violence assault call.  The Deputy met with a male and female who were common law husband and wife.  Both had been assaulted by the other.  Witnesses verified that each had assaulted the other.  The 28 year old male and 23 year old female, both from Conroe, were arrested at 7:46pm and transported to jail.

On July 21, Deputies A. Cross, S. Squier and K. Albritton were notified of a burglary in the 16800 block of Hwy 105 East.  The Deputies were advised one of the burglars, a female, was being detained by Liberty County Deputies in Cleveland.  A male involved had escaped.  Detectives Tate and Williams were notified and continued with the investigation clearing five burglaries of buildings.  The 30 year old female was arrested at 6:55pm and taken to jail.  The male has been identified and is being sought for the burglaries as well.

On July 22, Deputy K. Berger was dispatched to the 5500 block of Rolling Hills in reference to a female laying on the roadway near her vehicle.  During the investigation the female was found to be intoxicated.  The 46 year old female from Conroe was arrested at 6:18am for DWI and transported to jail.

On July 22, Deputy A. Terrell was working off duty and located a suspicious vehicle parked with the lights off near the intersection of Waukegan and FM 3083.  The Deputy observed two males near the vehicle and found each to be intoxicated.  Both males, age 38 and 52, from Conroe, were arrested at 10:31pm and charged with public intoxication.  Additionally, the 38 year old male was charged with a violation of probation warrant out of Liberty County.  Both males were taken to jail.

On July 25, Deputy K. Berger was notified of a disturbance call in the area of Wildwood and FM 1485.  The Deputy located several subjects standing around two vehicles.  During the investigation the Deputy determined three males were intoxicated.  Two males, ages 19 and 21, from Conroe and one male, age 21, from Willis, were arrested at 2:50am and taken to jail.

On July 25, Deputy R. Salazar was sent to the 700 block of River Plantation in reference to a family violence assault call.  The Deputy met with a female complainant who advised she had been assaulted by her ex-fiance who had come home drunk and grabbed her arm and pushed her several times.  The 50 year old male from Conroe was arrested at 4:42am and taken to jail.

A 30 year old male from Conroe was arrested at 11:47pm, July 25, in the 15300 block of Arrowhead Loop West by Deputy S. Degner for a theft by check failure to appear warrant out of Montgomery County.  The Deputy was investigating a disturbance.  The male was taken to jail.

District 2 – Lt. Brady Fitzgerald (South County)
On July 12, 2010, at approximately 4:00 AM, Deputy Jobe and other deputies were dispatched to the 29000 Block of Waltham Street, in Spring, in reference to a Violation of a Protective Order.  Upon arriving at the location, After an investigation and confirming that there was an active protective order, Deputy Jobe determined that there was a violation of the court ordered protective order.  The actor, a 23 year old white male, from Spring was placed in custody, transported to the South Montgomery Jail Annex in The Woodlands, Texas.

On July 16, 2010, at approximately 1:52 AM, Deputy Martin and other deputies were dispatched to the 24000 Block of Richards Road, in reference to a disturbance.  Upon arriving at the dispatched location, Deputy Martin found the suspect outside of the dispatched location screaming for someone to let him in.  The complainant reported that her son attacked her physically, striking her several times about her head, face, and back, and throwing her down.  The actor attempted to call for law enforcement assistance on, “911”, at which time the actor took the phone from the complainant.  The 15 year old juvenile was placed in custody, transported to the Juvenile Detention facility, in Conroe, Texas.

On July 18, 2010, at approximately 11:45 PM, Deputy Swank and other units were dispatched to the 29000 block of Raestone Street, in Spring, in reference to a disturbance in progress.  While in route to the call, Deputies were advised that there was a male on location damaging property and being aggressive with other individuals.  Upon arrival the actor was discovered in the middle of the roadway without his shirt on.  It was discovered that the actor had damaged property belonging to the complainant.  The actor, an 18 year old white male from Spring was placed in custody, transported to the South Montgomery County Jail Annex, in the Woodlands, Texas, and booked in and charged with Criminal Mischief.

On July 21, 2010, at approximately 3:02 AM, Corporal Gonzales was traveling westbound on FM 1488, west of Old Conroe Magnolia Road, when he witnessed a vehicle traveling at a high rate of speed.  Corporal Gonzales caught up to the vehicle.  Corporal Gonzales stopped the vehicle and during an investigation, Corporal Gonzales determined that the driver was intoxicated and under the influence of an alcoholic beverage.  The driver, a 20 year old white male from Magnolia, was placed in custody, transported to the South Montgomery County Jail Annex, in The Woodlands, Texas, and booked in and charged with Driving under the Influence of Alcohol, (Minor).

On July 22, 2010, at approximately 10:08 PM, Deputy Martin and other units were dispatched to Ripple Wood Drive, in Conroe, in reference to a family disturbance in progress.  Upon arriving at the location, Deputy Martin met with the actor and several family members.  Family members reported that the actor had a, “inhaling/huffing problem”, and that she was witnessed by another family member, at the location, “huffing”, an inhalant.  The actor, a 42 year old white female, from Conroe, was placed in custody, transported to the Criminal Justice Complex, in Conroe, Texas, and was booked in and charged with one count of Possession and Use of an Inhalant.

On July 23rd, 2010, at approximately 10:24 hours, Corporal Barber was dispatched to a business on the 2900 block of Rayford Road, in reference to a theft.  Upon arriving at the dispatched location, Deputy Barber met with the complainant.  The complainant reported that the actor was an employee who had lost his temper after being evaluated in reference to poor performance, and caused approximately $800 worth of damage to the business property before storming off.  Corporal Barber learned that the actor had an active warrant.  The deputy went to the employee’s home and while speaking to the actor he fled on foot.  Corporal Barber chased the actor and subdued him.  The actor, an 18 year old black male from Spring, Texas, was placed in custody, transported to the Criminal Justice Complex, in Conroe, Texas, and was booked in and charged with Criminal Mischief, Theft, and Evading Arrest or Detention.  The actor was also booked in on an active warrant for Criminal Mischief.

District 3 – Lt. Darrel Conn (East County)
On 7/20/10 Deputy Lawless was dispatched to the 13000 block of Walker Rd. in reference to a Family Violence call.  Upon his arrival he met with the wife and husband whom had been fighting.  He learned that the husband had grabbed the wife by the neck and throat to take her out of the vehicle.  He then proceeded to choke the wife and when she broke free he began to punch her in the head.  The suspect, a 37 year old male was arrested and charged with Assault Family Violence Strangulation, a 3rd degree Felony.

On 7/20/10 Deputy Wienke was dispatched to the 23000 block of Hwy. 59 in reference to a family disturbance call.  Upon her arrival inside the home she found one of the parties in the disturbance sitting on the bed with a marijuana pipe with a usable amount of Marijuana in it.  Next to the pipe was also a container that contained more Marijuana.  The suspect, a 43 year old female was arrested and charged with Possession of Marijuana.

On 7/22/10 Deputy Curtis was in the area of Northpark Dr. and heard a loud scream coming from the area.  He then responded to investigate and as he got closer was advised by witnesses that there was a black car that was driving erratic in the area.  A brief pursuit took place with the vehicle and the suspect fled through a parking lot.  The suspect was blocked in as he fled into another nearby parking lot.  The suspect, a  30 year old male was arrested and charged with Evading Arrest in a Vehicle, a State Jail Felony.

On 7/23/10 Deputy Amstutz and Deputy Durrenberger were dispatched to the 22000 block of White Oak in reference to Violation of a Protective Order.  Upon arrival they learned that the suspect had a valid protective order in force for that location.  As the Deputies arrived on scene they began to check the residence and the suspect ran out the back door and headed toward the fence.  He was caught and taken into custody a short distance from the mobile home.  The suspect, a 42 year old male was arrested and charged with Violation of a Protective Order.

On 7/24/10 Deputy Azwell was dispatched to the 24000 block of Pecan Dr. in reference to a Burglary of a Motor Vehicle in progress.  Dispatch had given a description of two males that were observed by a witness breaking into vehicles.  As Deputy Azwell arrived on scene he found the two males walking down the road away from the scene.  The two males were taken into custody without incident.  Upon further investigation it was found that the suspect had burglarized numerous vehicles on that street and surrounding streets.  A large amount of the stolen property was located in the woods and it was released back to the rightful owners.  On suspect, a 17 year old male was charged with Theft and the other suspect, a 14 year old Juvenile was charged with Burglary of a Motor Vehicle.

On 7/27/10 Deputy Lawless was dispatched to the 23000 block of Hwy. 59 in reference to a disturbance call.  Upon his arrival he found an intoxicated male and upon checking the male for weapons he began to become aggressive and grabbed the Deputies hand.  The suspect was placed into custody for Public Intoxication.  After arrest the suspect threatened to kill the Deputy and his family.  The suspect, a 47 year old male was also charged with Retaliation and Assault by Contact.

District 4 – Lt. David Park (West County)
On July 25th Deputy Zavorski was dispatched to the Hazy Hollow subdivision in reference to Family Violence.  When the deputy arrived he met with the Complainant and detained a 40 year old male subject.  The complainant advised that her husband had been drinking and became aggressive and belligerent towards her.  After he physically assaulted her, family members called 911.  The subject was arrested for Assault Family Violence and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.

On July 23rd Deputy Zavorski conducted a traffic stop on Hardin Store Road.  The Deputy requested a warrant check on the 22 year old male subject and was advised by Dispatch that the subject had an outstanding warrant for Expired Registration, Fail to Maintain Financial Responsibility and Failure to Appear/Bail Jumping.  The subject was issued a citation for speeding and no insurance and then taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.

On July 23rd Suarez was on patrol in the District IV area when he observed a white truck exiting a parking lot of the Valero parking lot at Nichols Sawmill and Grand Oaks.  The vehicle failed to maintain a single marked lane and a traffic stop was conducted.  Deputy Suarez observed both occupants of the truck to be extremely nervous.  The Deputy asked if there was any contraband in the vehicle and at first was advised by the subjects that there was not any.   The driver then told the deputy that there was a baggy of marijuana in his book bag in the bed of the truck.  Another baggy of marijuana was located in the front glove compartment in front of the passenger’s seat.  The other subject was also placed into custody.  Both were charged with Possession of Marijuana.

On July 23rd Deputy Tavarez and Deputy Zavorski were dispatched to the Hazy Hollow subdivision in reference to a disturbance.  Upon arrival the deputies found the suspect being detained at gunpoint by neighbors.  After Deputies detained the subject, they observed the subject to have a strong odor of alcoholic beverage coming from his person.  The subject was disoriented and did not know his whereabouts.  He was trying to break into residences and vehicles at this location.  The suspect was placed under arrest and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.

On July 20th Deputy Hollan and Deputy Crandell were dispatched to the 10000 block of Research Forest in reference to an Assault Family Violence.  Upon arrival Deputy Crandell detained a 28 year old male subject.  The deputies then met with the Complainant who advised that she and the subject had been arguing and it had escalated into the subject assaulting her.  The complainant’s friend had call 911 out of concern.  The male was taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.  He was charged with Assault (Family Violence).

On July 18th Deputy Tavarez and Deputy Zavorski were dispatched to the Hazy Hollow subdivision in reference to a family fight.  Upon arrival the Deputies met with the Complainant who advised that her son, a 20 year old male had come home intoxicated and began to tear up things in the house.  The subject’s father tried to stop him and the subject hit his father.  The subject was located hiding under the residence.  The subject was charged with Assault Family Violence and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.

District 5 – Lt. Don Lacy   (Northwest County)
On 07/21/10 Deputy Durbin observed two females exit a business in the 18100 block of SH 105 W and walk behind the shopping center during the early morning hours. Upon further investigation the subjects were found sitting in a vehicle behind the building for no legitimate reason and appeared to be highly intoxicated after being interviewed. Both individuals were arrested for Public Intoxication and placed into the Montgomery County Jail.

On 07/23/10 Deputy’s Rex and Lowe responded to the 2700 block of Bobville in regards to an Assault. While en route it was reported that the male Suspect had fled the scene in a vehicle. Deputy Lowe was able to locate the vehicle and Suspect and conduct a Traffic Stop along SH 105W in Dobbin while Deputy Rex continued to the scene of the Assault.

It was learned that the male had assaulted several members in his household before leaving the scene. The male was also determined to be intoxicated after being stopped, interviewed and performing several field sobriety tests. The male subject was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated 3rd, Felony 3 and Assault Family Violence, Misdemeanor A. He was then placed into the Montgomery County Jail.

On 07/24/10 Deputy Rex responded to the 15400 block of SH 105 W for the report of a suspicious male passed out in a vehicle in a public parking lot. Upon making contact with the subject and checking his welfare it was determined the individual was intoxicated. The subject was arrested for Public Intoxication and placed into the Montgomery County Jail.

On 07/25/10 Deputy’s Garner and Lowe responded to the 800 block of Crystal River for the report of a Burglary of a Habitation and Burglary of a Vehicle that had just occurred. Upon speaking with Complainant who witnessed the incident a description of the male suspect was obtained and an immediate search of the area was conducted. The Suspect was located and detained a short distance away and had in his possession the items that had been reported stolen. The recovered items were returned to the Complainant while the Suspect was arrested for Burglary of a Habitation, Felony 2 and Burglary of a Vehicle, Misdemeanor A. The Suspect was then placed into the Montgomery County Jail on $10,000 and $750 bond respectively.

On 07/26/10 Deputy Durbin conducted a Traffic Stop in the 18000 block of SH 105W. The female driver presented a Texas Drivers License that was determined to belong to someone else. Upon learning the drivers correct identification it was determined that she had two outstanding warrants. The driver was arrested for Failure to Identify (Fugitive) and the two Outstanding Warrants. The subject was placed into the Montgomery County Jail.

Woodlands (District 6) Zone Map

District 6 – Lt. David Dottei (Woodlands)
On 7/17/10 Deputy J Prince was patrolling the area of Waterway Ave when he observed a verbal disturbance occurring between a female and a local bar staff. Deputy Prince then conducted an investigation as a result of the disturbance. It was determined that the white female, a 23 year old Woodlands residence, was Intoxicated. Deputy Prince placed her in custody for Public Intoxication and transported her to MCSO Jail in Conroe, Tx. A multicolored blue glass pipe and a usable amount of a green leafy substance were found concealed in her purse. The female was charged with Possession of Marijuana (Misdemeanor-B).

7/18/10 Deputy J Prince was dispatched to the area of Woodlands parkway at Waterway Ave in reference to a disturbance. Upon his arrival in the area, Deputy Prince made contact with a 22 year old white male driver/resident of The Woodlands. The male driver was on a public roadway and in physical control of his motor vehicle. Upon speaking to the male, a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage was observed to be coming from his breath and person. The driver also admitted to having consumed 6 or more alcoholic beverages throughout the night. The driver later submitted to Standardized Field Sobriety Tests. Due to his level of intoxication and performance of the test, he was placed into custody for Driving While Intoxicated (Misdemeanor A- 2nd offense).  The male was then transported to Montgomery County Jail in Conroe, TX.

7/24/10 Deputy R Underwood was patrolling the area of the 1400 of Sawdust Rd after 4 am when he observed a suspicious vehicle in the parking lot of a business. While investigating, Deputy Underwood found that the vehicle displayed a different license on the front and rear of the vehicle. The vehicle’s rear license plate was checked through MCSO dispatch and returned as a Stolen Vehicle, taken from Harris County. A short time later a Felony/High Risk Traffic Stop was conducted on the vehicle, as the driver attempted to drive out of the parking lot. The Vehicle Identification Number (VIN#) was checked and matched the record as a stolen vehicle.  The uncooperative 23year old white female driver was arrested for Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle (State Jail Felony). The female was then transported to Montgomery County Jail in Conroe, TX.

7/24/10 Deputy J Godden responded to 1201 Lake Woodlands in reference to a 51 year old white female Houston, TX resident being detained for shoplifting.  The female attempted to steal approximately $800 dollars in merchandise from Hollister Co. The female was also in possession of a shoplifting device. The female was then transported to MCSO Jail in Conroe, Tx. Once at the jail, the female’s fingerprints were checked. It was then determined that the female had provided false information when she was asked her identity by law enforcement. Additional charges are currently pending.

7/24/10 Deputy J Wilkerson was patrolling the area of Sawdust at Sawmill when he was flagged down in reference to checking the welfare of a woman sitting inside a vehicle at the Valero Gas Station. Deputy Wilkerson exited his patrol car and was met by a 45 year old white female Conroe resident. Deputy Wilkerson, after speaking to the female for a couple of minutes, determined that she was intoxicated. The female was placed into custody for Public Intoxication. Deputy Wilkerson then asked the female for her name and twice was provide false names and dates of birth.  The female’s real name was established and the female was found to have two active warrants for violating parole and Bond Forfeiture/Failure to Appear. Deputy Wilkerson also found several Soma and Xanax pills. The female was transported to MCSO jail in Conroe, Tx and booked for Possession of a Controlled Substance (State Jail Felony), Failure to Identify-Fugitive from Justice (Misdemeanor A), Bond Forfeiture/Failure to Appear (Misdemeanor A) and Public Intoxication (Misdemeanor C)

7/25/10 Deputy Underwood responded to the 12000 block of Sawmill Rd in reference to a Criminal Trespass call. While investigating this call, several juveniles were detained. A 15 year old white male Burkeville, TX resident was detained. Upon the completion of the deputy’s investigation, .04 oz of marijuana was located. The male was then arrested for Possession of Marijuana (Misdemeanor B). The juvenile male was then transported to Juvenile Detention in Conroe, TX
