On 10-21-2009, Detectives from the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office Major Crimes Unit responded to the 10000 block of Amar road off of F.M. 1484 (Key Map 158-D) in reference to the Kidnapping and Sexual Assault of a 14 YOA female from a bus stop.
The victim stated that she was forced into a silver 4 door truck (unknown make or model) by a 30-35 YOA white male with a mustache. The suspect was described as being 6’02-6’04 and weighing approximately 260 lbs. The victim stated that the suspect drove her to a remote dirt road and sexually assaulted her. The victim stated that she was released shortly thereafter where she was found by her father on the side of the road.
The Suspect has not been identified at this time.
