District 1 – Lt. Jim Fleming (North County)

On April 30, Deputy J. West was sent to a trespass call in the 18300 block of Hwy 105E. The Deputy located an intoxicated female suspect that refused to leave a location after being requested by the owner. The 44 year old female from Cleveland was arrested at 6:35pm and transported to jail.

A 21 year old male from Conroe was arrested at 8:30pm, April 30, and taken to jail from the area of FM 1484 and Rose Road by Deputy R. Stein for a fail to appear warrant out of Montgomery County JP 4.  The Deputy was investigating a disturbance call.

A 24 year old male from Willis was arrested at 3:15am, May 2, and taken to jail from a residence on Nelwood by Deputy S. Degner for a theft motion to revoke probation warrant out of Montgomery County.  The Deputy was on a warrant service.

A 22 year old male from Willis was arrested at 3:31am, May 2, and taken to jail from a residence on Darkwood by Deputy C. Santoro for an assault causing bodily injury warrant out of Montgomery County.  The Deputy was on a warrant service.

A 30 year old male from Willis was arrested at 3:51am, May 2, and taken to jail from a residence on Andwood by Deputy J. West for a driving while license suspended warrant and a fail to appear warrant, both out of JP 1 Montgomery County.  The Deputy was on a warrant service.

On May 2, Deputy J. Henson was notified of an intoxicated person in the 18000 block of Hwy 105E. The female was at a business and would not leave the location.  The 44 year old female was arrested at 9:43pm and taken to jail.

On May 4, Deputy J. Henson responded to a family violence assault at a residence on Brandi Way.  The Deputy met with two female complainants and a male suspect.  The female complainants advised the male had threatened them and had pushed one of them. The 40 year old male from Willis was arrested at 1:10am and taken to jail.

A 26 year old female from Willis was arrested at11:16pm, May 4, and taken to jail from a residence on Centaurus Court by Deputy J. West for an interference with child custody warrant out of Montgomery County.

A 22 year old female from Conroe was arrested at 12:50am, May 5, and taken to jail from a residence on Crockett Martin Road by Deputy R. Camarena for five traffic warrants out of JP 1 Montgomery County.  The Deputy was investigating a disturbance.

A 35 year old female from Conroe was arrested at 1:52am, May 5, and taken to jail from a residence on Tracy Court by Deputy S. Degner for a forgery motion to revoke probation warrant out of Hardin County.  The Deputy was on a trespass call.

On May 5, Deputy C. Santoro was sent to the 7000 block of Kingston Cove Lane near the boat ramp in reference to a disturbance in progress.  The Deputy located a male and female and both were intoxicated.  The 29 year old male and 29 year old female, both from Kingwood, were arrested at 10:43pm, charged with public intoxication and taken to jail.

District 2 – Lt. Brady Fitzgerald (South County)

On 05-01-12, District 2 Deputies responded to the 11000 block of Big Holly Lane for a disturbance. Upon further investigation, it was determined that an adult male had assaulted his wife and left the location. Oak Ridge Police located the male a short distance away and detained him. Dep. Mathis placed the 50 yoa male from Conroe into custody for Assault Family Violence and Public Intoxication.

On 05-01-12, Deputies Sibille and Dishman were on ATV patrol in the Spring Creek Park area and located a suspicious person. Upon identifying the male, dispatch advised he had an arrest warrant for failure to appear in court. The 22 yoa male from Spring was taken into custody.

On 05-02-12, District 2 Deputies responded to the 25000 block of IH45 for a disturbance. Upon further investigation, it was determined an adult male and female were intoxicated and had assaulted each other. A 19 yoa female and a 20 yoa male, both from Conroe, were taken into custody by Dep. Sibille for Assault Family Violence and Public Intoxication.

On 05-04-12, District 2 Deputies responded to the 25000 block of IH45 for a disturbance. Dep. Mathis located an adult male outside in a public area. The male was determined to be the cause of the disturbance and was intoxicated. The 24 yoa male from Houston was taken into custody by Dep. Mathis for Public Intoxication.

On 05-05-12, Dep. Fruge was dispatched to the Academy Sports on IH45 for a shoplifter. Upon further investigation it was learned the adult female had also shoplifted from Spec’s Liquor located next door. The property was recovered and the 41 yoa female from Houston was taken into custody for Theft.

On 05-06-12, Dep. Mathis was dispatched to a welfare check on Rayford Road. An adult female was located and identified. Dispatched advised she had an arrest warrant out of Kerr County Texas. The 30 yoa female from Huntsville was taken into custody.

05-07-12, District 2 Deputies responded to the 26000 block of Eastwood Hills for a disturbance. Upon further investigation, it was learned that an assault had occurred. A 26 yoa male from Conroe, was taken into custody by Dep. Christensen for Assault Family Violence.

District 3 – Lt. Darrel Conn (East County)

On 05/12, Deputy Hardin while on patrol observed a 26 YOA and 19 YOA White Males in area of FM 1314/ Partners Way in Porter, Texas walking on the roadway.  Investigation found that the male was intoxicated from alcoholic beverages as they were arrested for Public Intoxication.

On 05/01/12, Deputy Layman was dispatched to the Porter Wal-Mart for the report of a Theft in which investigation revealed that a 29 YOA White Female was caught taking items without consent.  The subject was arrested and charged with Felony Theft due to prior convictions.

On 05/02/12, Deputy Hardin was dispatched to a residence on Rustic Lane in Conroe, Texas for a Welfare Check for a Disturbance in Progress.  Investigation revealed that the 41 YOA White Female Caller had fabricated the entire story and no disturbance had occurred. The subject was arrested for False Report to a Peace Officer.

On 05/02/12, Deputy’s Sieck and White were dispatched to the 25400 Block of Loop 494 for suspicious activity.  Investigation located a 37 YOA White Male that had ran out of gas.  This male was found to have multiple Felony Warrants which were confirmed and he was arrested and taken to jail.

On 05/02/12, Deputy Burk was dispatched to Red Leaf in Conroe, Texas for a Family Violence.  Upon arrival, it was found that a 18 YOA White Male had assaulted Family Member(s) causing bodily injury as he was arrested and charged with Assault “Family Violence”.

On 05/02/12, Deputy’s White and Sieck met with Houston Police Dept. in area of Northpark and Loop 494 in Kingwood, Texas  to serve arrest warrants for Assault two White Males, a 36 YOA and a 47 YOA.  The males were arrested after confirmation of the warrants and transported to jail without incident.

On 05/03/12, Deputy Aguirre was dispatched to Carol Lane in Splendora, Texas for a disturbance and upon arrival, found that one of the participants, a 25 YOA White Male had several active JP Warrants which were confirmed.  Subject was taken to jail without incident.

On 05/03/12, Deputy Durrenberger was dispatched to the 15000 Block of Calhoun in Conroe, Texas for a Welfare Check involving a 61 YOA White Female sleeping in a parking lot.  Upon arrival, it was determined that the female was intoxicated from an alcoholic beverage at which time she was arrested for Public Intoxication.

On 05/03/12, Deputy Amstutz while in the Oakhurst Subdivision located suspicious vehicles and upon investigating, located three individuals, a 39 YOA White Female, a 31 YOA White Female and a 31 YOA White Male stealing copper from an area house that had been vacated.  All three were arrested for Theft of Copper and charged with Felony Theft.  In addition, one of the females had an open warrant and gave a False Name/ Date of Birth which resulted in an additional charge.

On 05/04/12, Cpl. Pickerill was dispatched to Towerglen Lane in Conroe, Texas in reference to a Felony Warrant Service for Attempted Sexual Assault.  The 23 YOA White Male was located arrested without incident.

On 05/05/12, Deputy Voris was dispatched to Dry Creek Lane in New Caney, Texas  for a Family Violence Report.  Upon arrival, a 51 YOA White Female was found to be heavily intoxicated from an alcoholic beverage at which time she was arrested for Public Intoxication.

On 05/05/12, Deputy Sherlock was dispatched to the 24800 Block of Meadow Lane for the report of a Welfare Check.   Upon arrival, it was discovered that a 27 YOA White Male had an Active Misdemeanor Warrant which was confirmed as he was arrested without incident.

On 05/05/12, Deputy Layman was dispatched to 4th Terrace in Splendora, Texas for a Welfare Check from a 911 Call.  Upon his arrival, a 58 YOA White Male was identified and found to have multiple JP Warrants which were confirmed as he was arrested and taken to jail.

On 05/05/12, Deputy Sherlock along with additional District 3 Units went to the 19200 Block of Amy Lane where a 33 YOA White Male attempted to evade deputies as he was caught and arrested for Felony Assault “Family Violence”

On 05/07/12, Deputy’ Mccord, Walker and Ashmore had a vehicle evade an attempted Traffic Stop on Cooper Road in Conroe, Texas before  fleeing off road until numerous Deputies intercepted the occupants  in the Country Village Subdivision.  The investigation led to the arrest 22 YOA White Male which was charged with Evading in a Motor Vehicle.

On 05/07/12, Sgt. Miller while patrolling the Summer Hills Subdivision in Porter, Texas observed a vehicle committing multiple traffic violations which included driving recklessly.  The vehicle was stopped where the 21 YOA Black Male was found to have nine (9) outstanding JP Warrants which were confirmed as he was arrested and transported to the East County Jail by Deputy Durrenberger.

On 05/07/12, Deputy Voris was dispatched to the area of Old Houston at Pinewood for a Welfare Check.  Upon arrival, a 26 YOA White Male was located and discovered to have multiple JP Warrants which were confirmed as he was arrested without incident.

On 05/08/12, Deputy Durrenberger was dispatched to Smith Road for a Family Disturbance.  Investigation revealed that a 14 YOA white Male had pushed his mother down and injury as he was arrested and taken to Juvenile Detention without incident.

On 05/08/12, Deputy Burk was dispatched to the 23700 Block of Loop 494 in Porter, Texas in reference to an Assault.  Investigation revealed that a 25 YOA White Male had assaulted his common law spouse and another male.  Investigation led to the location of the male which was arrested and charged with two counts of Assault, one being Family Violence.

On 05/08/12, Deputy Durrenberger was dispatched to the Porter Wal-Mart in reference to a Suspicious Person riding a bicycle in the parking lot.  The subject, a 52 YOA White Male was located and found to have an open JP Warrant which was confirmed before his arrest and he was taken to jail.

District 4 – Lt. David Park (West County)

On May 5th while on patrol at the intersection of Aberdeen and Stonehaven, Deputy Thomas conducted a traffic stop and the 21 year old male driver pulled into his driveway on Port Soy.  The driver was found to have three open warrants; Felony Possession of Controlled Substance, Felony Burglary of Habitation and a Misdemeanor Warrant out of Harris County for Possession of Marijuana.

On May 5th Deputy Mittag was dispatched to Ashlyn Timbers Ct in reference to a 23 year old male in the back yard of a residence.  Upon arrival Deputy Mittag detected a strong odor of alcohol on the suspect’s breath.  Dispatch advised the subject also had a Warrant for Failure to Appear for Public Intoxication.  Deputy Mittag placed the subject into custody for Public Intoxication and the warrant.

On May 4th Deputy Irvine found a 30 year old male in the roadway in front of his residence on Pennsylvania Ave working on his lawn mower.  The Deputy was aware the subject had an open warrant for Failure to Appear from the Justice of Peace Office in Magnolia.   Deputy Irvine detained the subject and after dispatch confirmed the warrant the subject was transported to the South County Jail.

On May 4th Deputy Thomas saw vehicle driven by a person known to the deputy to be wanted. The driver stopped at the 29000 block of Dobbin Huffsmith.  The Deputy made contact with the driver confirmed the warrant and placed him into custody.

On May 4th Sergeant Kader was dispatched to an incident involving a reckless driver on FM 1488.  The witness advised Dispatch the vehicle was driving erratically and made several U-turns before stopping in a private driveway.  The witness provided a license plate number and the registered owner had an Issuance of a Bad Check Warrant.  Sergeant Kader made contact with the driver a 45 year old male driver.  Inside the vehicle a small amount of crack cocaine was found.    The suspect was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance in addition to the Warrant and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.

On April 30th Deputy Irvine was dispatched to the Hazy Hollow Shell Station on FM 1774 in reference to a 33 year old male in the store with a gun.  The clerk advised he saw the suspect unable to negotiate the step into the store and that he fell down.  When the suspect got up the store clerk saw a gun in the suspect’s pocket.  A customer took the gun from the suspect and waited for deputies.  Deputy Irvine arrested the suspect and charged him with Felony DWI (3rd) and Felony Unlawful Carrying of a Weapon.

District 5 – Lt. Gary Welch   (Northwest County)

May 2nd Deputy Wroten conducted a Traffic Stop on a vehicle in the 19700 block of SH 105W. Upon speaking with the male driver officers detected the strong odor of marijuana. A subsequent investigation revealed the male to be in possession of marijuana and a controlled substance. The subject was arrested and placed into the Montgomery County Jail.

May 4th Deputy Lowe was dispatched to a residence on Sharp Rd. in regards to a Burglary. The complainant reported that someone forced entry into their residence and stole numerous personal items and electronics. This case is under investigation by the Criminal Investigation Division.

May 5th Deputy Treille responded to Dawns Edge Dr. in regards to an Assault. Officers learned that a husband and wife had been involved in a physical fight and the female was assaulted. The male was arrested for Assault (Family Violence) and placed into the Montgomery County Jail.

May 5th Deputy Pugh was dispatched to Fantasy Ln. in regards to an Assault. Responding officers were met by a female who stated that her boyfriend had assaulted her and was inside the home. Deputies searched but did not locate the male but discovered a three foot tall marijuana plant growing in the garage. The male suspect was found hiding in a tree. The male was arrested for Assault (Family Violence), Possession of Marijuana and Evading Arrest. The female was arrested for Possession of Marijuana.

May 6th Deputy Favorat responded to Deepwater Dr. in regards to Burglary of a Vehicle. The complainant reported that someone entered their unlocked vehicle during the night and stole numerous items from inside. This case is under investigation by the Patrol Division.

Woodlands (District 6) Zone Map

District 6 – Lt. David Dottei (Woodlands)

On May 1 at 2:20 a.m., Deputy Sharman was dispatched to a disturbance call on Sawdust Road.  During the course of the investigation, a 49 year old male from The Woodlands, was found to be on the property in violation of a court order.  The suspect was taken into custody and charged with Violation of a Protective Order and transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.

On May 1 at 2:20 a.m., Deputy Breeze observed a vehicle traveling 90 mph in a 35 mph zone on the Woodlands Parkway on ramp at Grogan’s Mill.  Deputy Breeze conducted a traffic stop and found the driver, a 20 year old male from The Woodlands, to be intoxicated.  The suspect was taken into custody and charged with Driving While Intoxicated and Deadly Conduct and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.

On May 1 at 11:35 p.m., Deputy Breeze observed Deputy Jobe attempting to stop a vehicle driving on Woodlands Parkway at Grogan’s Mils that did not have their headlights on.  The driver, a 39 year old female from Spring, was taken into custody and charged with Driving While Intoxicated.  She was transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.

On May 2 at 9:50 am, Deputy Uber conducted a traffic stop on Interstate 45.  The driver of the vehicle, a 22 year old male from Houston, was arrested on an outstanding warrant through Dallas County.  The passenger, a 24 year old female from Houston, was charged with Failure to Identify – Fugitive, after giving Deputy Uber a fictitious name.  A search of her correct name, found she had three warrants for her arrest out of Missouri City.  Both suspects were transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.

On May 2 at 7:10 p.m., Deputy Uber conducted at traffic stop on Woodloch Forest and Woodlands Parkway.  The driver, a 37 year old male from Magnolia, was arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance after crack cocaine was located inside the vehicle.  The suspect was transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.

On May 3 at 5:30 p.m., Deputy Schutzenhofer observed a suspicious vehicle with four people sitting inside at the Tinseltown Parking Garage.  Upon approaching the vehicle and making contact with the occupants, Deputy Schutzenhofer detected an odor of marijuana.  During the course of the investigation, several pills as well as marijuana were located.  The driver, a 19 year old male from Spring was arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance (Methamphetamine) and a 19 year old female from Spring was arrested for Possession of Marijuana.

On May 4 at 6:20 a.m., Deputy Runnels was dispatched to a Trespasser In Progress call at 17400 St. Luke’s Driver.  Upon arrival, Deputy Runnels made contact with the suspect, a 47 year old male from The Woodlands.  The male was found to be intoxicated and possibly a danger to himself or others.  The suspect was taken into custody for Public Intoxication and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.

On May 5 at 1 a.m., Deputies Clifton, Eisenmenger and Dewey responded to a Welfare Check on Ledgestone Place.  Upon arrival, Deputy Clifton made contact with the suspect, a 21 year old male, Deputy Clifton and Sr. Sgt. Bybee conducted a search of the house.  During this search several marijuana plants and growing materials were located.  The suspect was taken into custody for Possession of Marijuana and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.  While on scene the suspect’s parents arrived and the father was taken into custody on unrelated warrants.

On May 5 at 7:3o p.m., Deputy Richards responded to a Shoplifter in Custody call at 1201 Lake Woodlands Drive.  The suspect, a 21 year old female from Montgomery, had attempted to take $164 worth of merchandise from Macy’s Department Store.  The suspect was transported to the Montgomery County Jail and charged with Theft.

On May 5 at 11:32 p.m., Deputy Breeze conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle traveling on Woodlands Parkway.  The vehicle had a flat tire on the passenger side that was smoking and sparks were coming from the rim of the vehicle.  Deputy Breeze made contact with the driver, an 18 year old male from The Woodlands, and after conducting his investigation, place the suspect into custody for Driving While Intoxicated.
