Montgomery County Constable Pct. 4 Deputies served 24 civil papers throughout East Montgomery County. Two writs were served and numerous suspects arrested, clearing 22 JP 4 warrants and felony warrant.

No Driver’s License, No Insurance, No Way!

Nine vehicles were towed in East Montgomery County because drivers had no license and no insurance and citations were issued to the drivers for traffic violations. Two other vehicles were towed after the drivers were arrested during a traffic stops.

Meth lab

An anonymous tip led to the arrest of 47-year-old Dean Allen McIntyre of Splendora for manufacture/delivery of a controlled substance and possession of chemicals with intent to manufacture shortly after midnight on April 21. Deputy Boudreaux and other deputies went to McIntyre’s home where they confiscated components used to manufacture methamphetamine.

Careful driving pays…

  • A routine traffic stop resulted in the arrest of a 23-year-old Splendora man for misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance on Fostoria Rd. just after 9 p.m. on April 20. Deputy Chapa stopped the vehicle, whose passenger said he had no identification on his person. The man appeared to be very nervous and when Deputy Chapa asked him to step out of the vehicle he was found in possession of Hydrocodone. The drug is a prescription narcotic that is the drug of choice for many abusers.
  •  Deputy Bergland arrested a 22-year-old Conroe man for felony possession of a controlled substance around 1:45 a.m. on April 21. Bergland initially stopped the suspect for a traffic violation on FM 1484 near Hwy 105 E., but his behavior and an odor emanating from his vehicle caused Bergland to investigate further, leading to the discovery of methamphetamine.

On April 21, Deputy Rivera arrested 20-year-old Rachel Diane Ali of New Caney on an outstanding felony drug warrant from the Harris County Sheriff’s Office. Rivera was checking out an abandoned vehicle on US 59 near FM 1485 when a second vehicle with Ali inside stopped and said the vehicle belonged to Ali and was broken down with someone en route to remove it. She was arrested after a check of her name and date of birth revealed the warrant.

 No deal

Deputy Bergland arrested 31-year-old Christopher Brian Manske of Conroe for manufacture/delivery of a controlled substance around 2:45 a.m. on April 23 after  he and other officers disrupted a methamphetamine transaction between Manske and another individual in a parking lot near the intersection of Interstate 45 and Hwy 242.
